Regarding this additional question. In Poland again - you can make a complaint to the proper local Bar Association. The complaint must describe the behavior of a lawyer, which is incorrect. For me it's quite opposite - we are mostly very open to expats. Maybe just some uneducated people are less tolerant and this is changing for the better - Poles overall are friendly to all.
