Postal services, shipment, cargo from Poland to Brasil; do I need extra forwarding agent service?

I'm Brazilian and work on an automation office; we'll begin to import some products from Poland to Brazil as we already found someone to help us.

My question is:

If the exporter send the product through the local (polish postal service) will i need a forwarding agent service once the cargo lands here on brazil or the polish postal already includes this service?
