He looks like a Pole in these clothes, but he would still have to be born and raised in Poland. The color of the skin should not play a pretty role here, although it usually plays because there are still very few such Poles.

And it is unhealthy coz Poles and Polesses have no choice and if they want a different-skin partner, they need to go abroad.

It is always fascinating for me if such people speak Polish without foreign accent.

I wonder what happened to OP and all other people that used to post here back in 2008-2014?
