Hello all! I have few questions that i think you can answer or somehow show me a better perspective or path to follow.

I am from Turkey and I studied translation and interpretation in English and I was an Erasmus student in Torun. I also had my internship at Kozminski University in Warsaw. Well you have all guessed by now yes i have a Polish girlfriend and we have been together for a while now which is over 4 years. Obviously, I want to relocate and see how it goes for me in Poland. I know it is hard and i have tried to apply for some jobs and I had really good interviews but they all ended up being negative in the end. I speak some Polish, i can more or less get by in Poland myself. I have been in Poland many times so I am familiar with the culture too. What I want to ask you guys is how can i get my foot in the door in Poland ? what is the best way ? what are the possibilities of getting a scholarship for doing masters or funding masters in exchange of work for the university ? Can i apply for a temporary residence permit via my girlfriend ? Well that is all in general and i guess you will understand what i am trying to ask... will be waiting for your answers. Thanks in advance. Wesolych Swiat i Merry Xmas :)

Get a degree and several years of experience in an IT-related engineering field and find a job BEFORE you come to Poland. Or get a job with a Turkish company that does business in Poland, and request a transfer to Poland. Aside from that, there's little chance of you finding gainful employment in Poland.

what are the possibilities of getting a scholarship for doing masters or funding masters in exchange of work for the university ?

Zero chance. That just ain't going to happen.

Can i apply for a temporary residence permit via my girlfriend ?

Nope. Not a chance. As far as the consulate is concerned, she is a total stranger to you. And no, she cannot sponsor you for temporary residence.

If you cannot afford to pay 100% of your studies and stay in Poland without working in Poland, then Poland is not the country for you. It's time to sit down with some experienced and competent adults and make realistic plans that do not include Poland.

If you want to be with your girlfriend, then it will be infinitely easier for her to join you in Turkey than for you to join her in Poland. If she doesn't want to join you in Turkey, it is probably time to let her go and move on with your life.

When should I apply for TRP during master's programme for finding work?

I got to know that a graduate from a polish university, who has completed a full time studies, may apply for the temporary residence permit in order to look for a job without any need of work-permit. So does that mean I can apply for TRP only after I'll be done with my master's? I mean, TRP processing time has already been streched to almost an year now. Wouldn't the residence permit, which I'll get after the year I applied for be expired anyways? Or I can apply for another TRP for finding work while studying on an ongoing TRP along with the student visa?
