Prince William has made it clear that Camilla is not the grandmother of his children.
These people just can't seem to get along with each other.

Useless and expensive.
Hey, joun, did you find anything your queen said that's worth repeating? Even if it was written by one of her minders.

Not in our lifetimes mate.

It's laughable!

If Charles wants to win over favoUr with his British subjects...

Oh it's coming alright as both the rapist and the redheaded stepchild are on the chopping block.
King Charles is keeping an eye on how Denmark's queen's decision to strip some of her grandchildren of royal titles plays out as he considers restructuring the British monarchy.

Queen Elizabeth had a simple "hope" for Prince Harry and Meghan when she gave them Frogmore Cottage, "I hope they respect it."
Why would she think otherwise ?

There was confusion as to who exactly was invited to Balmoral with the family, with Harry and Meghan's team announcing that Meghan would be joining her husband in Scotland.

Then, shortly after, another announcement was made that she would stay behind in London.
Many people wondered what exactly happened on that day between Harry and his family.
According to a new report, Charles did in fact cause an argument with his son that had some pretty severe repercussions.
Seems to me that Charles is a real sour - puss.
Hopefully his reign will be a short one.

More than 55 countries gained their independence while she was queen, yet Elizabeth remained a symbol of colonialism and reigned during some particularly brutal moments of Britain's rule in Africa.

The response to her death has been mixed.
Quote:
While some mourn, others remember the atrocities committed by the British Empire throughout history.
While much of the world mourns Queen Elizabeth's death, a growing number of people are pointing out the darker aspects of the monarchy and the controversies associated with the longest-reigning monarch-from tabloid gossip about her late daughter-in-law to travesties like colonialism and climate disaster under her reign.

Many also point to the fact that part of Queen Elizabeth's net worth and many of the crown jewels are directly tied to slavery in the colonies.

Diana predicted Charles would struggle as king and his latest outburst over leaky pen proves her right.
A meltdown of a five-year-old.

Prince Andrew Banished.
Follow Prince Andrew, whose behavior brought scandal and disgrace to the royal family.
Pushing him into the sex offenders Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and then into a sex trafficking scandal that threatens the House of Windsor.
His title allowed him to get away with it for as long as he did.

Andrew is a total disgrace and the new King Charles does nothing about him same as thee Queen.

I kind of like Chuckie and going to buy this coin in his honor, its going to be a collectors item.

Readers' comments from dailymail.com:

What a job... Wear a new dress, smile and cuddle a baby. All paid for by the taxpayers. Where do you apply??

Her visit to that hospital in no way is of any value to the patients who are being cared for. It is simply self promotion and disrupting to the normal working of the hospital. When did the Princess ever visit a sewage processing facility.

My comment: those breasts are as fake as the smiles.

It never ceases to amaze me how much Americans are enamored by British Royalty.
I'm an American. The very concept of "royalty" is anathema to me. Any kind of royalty. That's why I'm here writing this. My ancestors saw the autocratic idiocy of royal ruling. They knew, deep down, that there had to be a better way. God bless them!

how much Americans are enamored by British Royalty.

Of course. The British/English style of life, language, culture, royals etc have always made a huge impression on most Americans. They can never forget they originate as a nation from the Mayflower voyage.

I have no idea why you are so surprised by this.As an American, you should understand your own people.

Blimey!
Alert!Alert!.....a sensible post from Pawian!

They can never forget they originate as a nation from the Mayflower voyage.

So true....much as they hate to admit it and despite the fact that many immigrants from many nations made America great, the founding fathers were all British.

Americans can never escape that fact.

That is why most of our American members display outward contempt for British culture etc while in the privacy of their souls ( haha) they admire everything British. :):):):)

As an American

They can't get enough of it.

And their own system leaves more to be desired.

the founding fathers were all British.

And always intended to be. They weren't all anti-monarchist either

In Britain they call it a "lift" but Polish/Americans call it an "elevator".
I guess we are just raised differently.

the founding fathers were all British.

The single most influential group not from the British Isles were the Germans, IIRC some social analyst said the US as an "anglo-german" society.

When I travel in Europe, in a weird way Germans often seem more similar to Americans than British people, despite the language difference.

It all goes back to Eddie & Wally, both royal disgraces to Crown and Country,
MY country as well, since Wallis Simpson was an American.

Edward VIII was a bonified Nazi sympathizer, along with Moseley, the Mitfords and Lord Hawhaw etc.

Elizabeth thankfully took after her father, George I, not the other side of the family:-)

Edward VIII was a bonified Nazi sympathizer,

The Royal family is actually German anyhow.

King George V, also a cousin of Queen Victoria, had Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany as a nephew; King Henry IV had the queen himself as a niece. A decree by King Phillip II on June 19, 1917 amended the royal surname from Saxe-Coburg-Gotha to Windsor in accordance with this.

Bonified Nazi? Is English your primary language?

Bonified - Bonify is a somewhat archaic term that means to make something good, especially something that was bad before. Both the bona of bona fide and the bon of bonify come from the Latin word for good, bonus.

"Bonified" (bona fide) is not an archaic term as described when Googled. It's a common term misspelled as "bonified". I don't care what anyone says. It's a common word. It means genuine whether referencing a good thing or a bad thing.
