Shawn_H 3 May 2007 #109Mikolajki 2005. Hotel was almost completed and never opened because it was sinking....
Shawn_H 3 May 2007 #114All were part of a trip we took in the summer of 2005. Landed in Paris, drove through Germany to Kaz Dolny. Went up to visit family (better half's side) in Bialystok, and a small side trip to visit friends in Mikolajki, and on to Malbork. Back to Bialystok, and on to Caen in France for a Polish (zona) and French (mąż) wedding that had a party that went on to well after 6 a.m. Lots of fine legal and home made wodka %) (<<< Pie eyed smile?) 6000km, 2 dead birds and only one upchuck in the rented Renault Kangoo.
Whymickey - | 60 4 May 2007 #115Congratulations Shawn_H!!Very beautifull pictures! In 1970 and 1992, I was, with my wife, her mother and siblings in Poland near Malbork where lives the family of my mother-in-law (who's death in 2000).For us, it's a pity we don't speak Polish; we still have many family there.
