Something to do with crossing the road near schools?

Sorry, no. I said: nothing to do with road safety.

Not close enough though. I can't work it out if it's supposed to make drivers slow down but nothing to do with road safety.

Maybe it's about advertising.

It is a driving practice car. The owner is a driving school. Other drivers who see that car on the road are more cautious than normally. Excellent idea I must say. I read comments on that car and people fully agree with me.

When I drive after a driving lesson, which is usually a drag, I always look for ways to overtake her.
