I see it is too difficult. See a more revealing photo of the statue, which decorates a fountain in one of the places I have mentioned here within last two weeks.

Dolno, you can easily google her. If you do it before others, you will get a full point. :)

I am afraid I don`t understand you, do you mean your wife forbids you to google attractive shapely females? But that is just a statue!

do you mean your wife forbids you

Not at all but my wife remembered her, maybe she fancies other women or statues.

What and where?

I've been there. It's the church in...in...IT'S NEAR KUDOWA. Wait. ;)

Edit: Wambierzyce. It's an impressive building, and there was some reasonable ice cream nearby too. It's also got a creepy ampoule of JPII's blood, too.

Yes ,it is a famous religious cult place in the Lower Silesia region. Exactly?

See my ninja edit ;)

I came across it entirely by mistake - I was driving back from a weekend in Polanica, and we decided to explore. When I saw it, I had to look around, just because the church is so visually impressive.

Yes, Wambierzyce. Point! The name has always sounded amusing to me because it is close to Wampirzyce - Female Vampires.

Have you driven through this little town too?

No, you horrible Riddler! ;) But I think it's Duszniki-Zdrój?
OP pawian 150 | 7,961
8 May 2019  #2,418
Sorry, no, it isn`t. But I can help you: the name of this village (not little town) suggests sth precious. :)

Sorry, no, but you are close. And thanks for that guess, I didn`t even know such a place exists.

Yes! Like a storm!
Silver Mountain village - there was indeed a silver mine nearby. And there are Prussian fortifications to visit, too.

Another pic from the place which nobody guessed

I can see a bow so it is probably Diana, Roman goddess of the hunt.

Unfortunately, she isn`t Diana because she is carrying a crossbow. And there`s a horned animal`s head at her feet. What could it be?

BTW, welcome back! :)

Yes ,it is a famous religious cult place in the Lower Silesia region.

Religious "cult place " ?
I do question that.

It is close to Kolbe monument.

Although I know it's not the same place, this looks very similar to The Golgotha at Licheń Stary. Is there some place similar in the south of Poland?

Unfortunately, she isn`t Diana

Justyna. Is it an Auroch head at her feet? If not, maybe Bison.

Just so I'm not getting the riddles confused, is this from the same place near the Kolbe statue?

BTW, welcome back! :)

Thank you! I didn't think anyone would notice I'd even gone to be honest!

Religious "cult place " ? I do question that.

Did I use an improper expression? I thought it was OK.

What and where?

Justyna. Is it an Auroch head at her feet? If not, maybe Bison.

Yes! Justyna, the forester`s daughter, saved the king by killing an auroch which attacked him.

is this from the same place near the Kolbe statue?

No, it is the place with those German names plaques. You have accidentally mentioned its name while discussing another riddle. But later you forgot about it.

Although I know it's not the same place, this looks very similar to The Golgotha at Licheń Stary.

The place nobody knew although I said it is connected with Lourdes is located in Porąbka Uszewska.

Religious "cult place " ?

kult in Polish is not the same as 'cult' in modern US English (which would be 'sekta' in Polish).

the same meaning sort of exists in English (though it's mostly fallen out of usage because of the 'crazy people' meaning)

but:

Oh, I see, so I should have used worship?

That`s because of Janusz, an old friend of mine who loves travelling and always sends me links to his posts. He constantly writes: a place of religious cult, e.g,
