Selling of commercial real estate in Poland

Are international investors are interesting to buy a commercial real estate in Poland nowadays? How about production plants?

All depends on the price,location and the use.

How to find them? Real Estate agency are just putting the listings on their website and not looking actively.

Do what the real estate agencies do with a reduced price or ask friends who are in the business and if its worth it someone will buy it directly.
