75 Years of Israel and the War - part 2

I've noticed many RuSSians speak of Europe as if RuSSia wasn't part of it.

Who wants to be associated with that diseased corpse?

Australia gets to be called a "continent", even though it is 2.5 times smaller than Russia.

Antarctica also gets to be called a "continent", even though it's 3,000,000 square kilometers smaller than Russia, and is populated mostly by penguins.

Europe, meanwhile, is in reality an insignificant Asian peninsula, populated by wide eyed and pale skinned Asians, but gets to call itself a continent.

Not fair.

Russia should dig a deep canal along the EU border, so we can stop sharing a "continent" with you as*holes - and have our own continent.

Ukrainians :) Even though I've noticed the same thing about them - they also speak of Europe as if Ukraine wasn't part of it. I remember how I was surprised by this.

Australia gets to be called a "continent", even though it is 2.5 times smaller than Russia.

Well, there's something we call "Eurasia" :)

There you go, BB :)

Btw, Bobko, "Europe" isn't the same as "EU". Maybe this is where the confusion comes from? ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿค”

"Europe" did a lot to explain to Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Georgians, Armenians, Turks, Azerbaijanis, Tatars and others that we are not "Europe".

Somehow, however, Kazakhstan gets to play football under the UEFA. Even though only a small part of Kazakhstan is European.

Basically - the idea of "Europe" is racist.

Do with that information what you will.

Um... Nope, sorry, but this is nonsense. What are you even talking about? lol ๐Ÿคจ

Georgians, Armenians, Turks, Azerbaijanis and others that we are not "Europe".

To be honest I've never seen Georgia, Armenia, and Turkey and Azerbaijan even less, as European countries. Only small part of Turkey is in Europe and Azerbaijan looks like it's so far away on the map...

But I've always seen RuSSia, Ukraine and Belarus as European countries, not only because of geography, but also because of being integral and important part of Europe's history and culture.

Somehow, however, Kazakhstan gets to play football under the UEFA. Even though only a small part of Kazakhstan is European.

So does Georgia, Armenia, Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Congratulations - you are a racist.

Armenia is the oldest Christian country in the world.

Georgia protected you against the Mongols. Together with Russians. It also is one of the oldest Christian countries in the world.

Congratulations - you are a racist.

What does it have to do with racism? lol Georgians and Armenians are white people, Turks look pretty white to me too (although what they are exactly - I don't even know and I can't say I care). Who are Azerbaijanis - I have no idea, because I don't know anything much about this country.

Armenia is the oldest Christian country in the world.

Dude, I know, we have Poles with Armenian roots here lol:

pl.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tadeusz_Isakowicz-Zaleski

Actually, maybe this is why I somehow see Armenia as closer to Europe, because Georgians were rather unheard of in Poland until only recently... ๐Ÿค”

What does it have to do with geography though?

LOL indeed.

What does it have to do with racism?

Maybe because Armenians and Georgians are a little too "Mediterranean" for your tastes? Too much testosterone, too much cortisol, too much hair, too macho/vulgar.

I don't know.

Otherwise, why would you dismiss a white and Christian people as being Asians on the order of Nepalis and Bengalis - denying any relation?

LOL

But Mediterranean countries are considered European if they are part of Europe: Italy, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, France, Spain, Albania, Malta, etc.

Otherwise, why would you dismiss a white and Christian people as being Asians

Because being white and Christian doesn't make you European. Geography does. Albania is a Muslim country - but it's still an European country. Philippines is Christian - but that doesn't make it an European country lol The US, Canada, Australia, Brasil, Argentina, etc. - they are mainly white countries with European roots, but that doesn't make them part of the European continent.

Btw, Armenians are one of 9 legally recognised ethnic minorities in Poland:

Albania is a Muslim country

Yes, but not to the extent that many people believe.

About 40% of Albanians are Christians, and there are areas, especially in the north, with Christian majority.

Just an interesting fact.

I was wondering why in hades am I visiting PF today. Now, I know why: I had know idea there were that many Christians in Albania. It produced Mother Teresa, so I shouldn't be surprised, but I am. Are they mostly Catholics? (I could ask Professor Google, but he's such a bore to talk yo sometimes).

Are they mostly Catholics?

Wikipedia says 18.4% are Orthodox and 17.9% are Catholic.

When I posted at various football fora, a long time ago, I met two Albanians and automatically assumed they were Muslims. Turned out they were both Roman Catholic. :)

BS. Your beloved leader, Putin, thinks different. He wants to conquer all Europe. Change your point of view or you will end up in New Russki Gulag for antiPutinism when you visit Russia next time. :):):

russia is not European in its current form, it is too big and too wild politically and socially for that. russia is also not Asia because Asians are completely different from russians. In a word, russia is russia, a separate continent. ๐Ÿค” Maybe russia is Atlantis... and will also disappear into the water?

Their victims bitching at each other must be really funny for them...

It's only a matter of time!

Investigators uncover suspected Hamas weapons cache

Before Christmas, police in Berlin and Rotterdam arrested four men who may have been preparing attacks on Jews. According to SPIEGEL information, photos led investigators to an underground weapons depot in Bulgaria.

spiegel.de/politik/deutschland/terrorverdacht-in-deutschland-mutmassliches-hamas-waffenversteck-ausgehoben-a-14d8da73-540f-45cc-b31c-4e43ab638fad

...Investigators initially suspected the weapons were hidden in Poland. Several of the suspects are said to have traveled there repeatedly. However, it is still unclear whether there actually is or was a depot in Poland. No firearms were recovered from the suspects themselves during the arrests in December. However, the discovery in Bulgaria now indicates that the terrorist organization actually has weapons caches in Europe......
