What is so crazy about it? Couples get overheard or recorded from time to time. So if that would happen and one person said stop clearly but the other didn't stop should it be rape in your opinion?

It's crazy because that is nobody's business and if violence is involved then there are enough laws in place, Anything else is just weaponizing sex, if she said no in a relationship and she doesn't like her partner she can leave and then there is no issue, there is enough lying, vindictive women who would use such law as a weapon against men.

If a woman needs a law to put to jail her husband when she was not feeling like having sex with him, then there are a few things wrong with her:

- why they are still married?
- why does she hate him so much?
- is she insane?

Why would be there such a law in place? Explain yourself better what you say makes no sense.
