But if, for example,

For example what? The whole idea is just bad- sh't crazy, and that need to legislate everything looks like a control-freak dream.
I was arguing assuming we are talking about a first date or casual consensual sex like a one-night stand, but if you talking about relationships and 'rape' in the relationship that is another issue. There are enough stupid laws that make the whole concept ridiculous for you to bring some more legislation.

You should seek help. Ever heard about Jack T. Diamond?

batshit, not bad- sh't

Hey, Lenka, if she says: "My boyfriend raped me 10 times last year before I finally broke up with him", how many times did he rape her?

Ever heard about Jack T. Diamond?

Isn't that the guy that declined sex and told her to stop and she was so insulted that she cried rape ?
He was acquitted in 7 minutes by a jury.
She must not have cried big enough tears in the courtroom to ruin this mans career because he said, "STOP".

You should seek help.

It has become quite obvious that she has been raped and is now a vindictive Karen to put every guy in prison for having persuasive sex even if it's the poor guys wife refusing to uphold her duties.

What is so crazy about it? Couples get overheard or recorded from time to time. So if that would happen and one person said stop clearly but the other didn't stop should it be rape in your opinion?

we are talking about a first date or casual consensual sex like a one-night stand, but if you talking about relationships and 'rape' in the relationship that is another issue.

To me it's one and the same. The same laws should apply.

how many times did he rape her?

If he actually did it then as many times as he did it.

If he actually did it then as many times as he did it.

How many times did he do it? You have all the info to answer that question.

"My boyfriend raped me 10 times last year before I finally broke up with him".

That's her testimony under oath. You are the jury...Go ahead...the judge is waiting...

What is so crazy about it?

It's crazy because that is nobody's business and if violence is involved then there are enough laws in place, Anything else is just weaponizing sex, if she said no in a relationship and she doesn't like her partner she can leave and then there is no issue, there is enough lying, vindictive women who would use such law as a weapon against men.

If a woman needs a law to put to jail her husband when she was not feeling like having sex with him, then there are a few things wrong with her:

- why they are still married?
- why does she hate him so much?
- is she insane?
- is she a nasty toxic psychopath?
Why would be there such a law in place? Explain yourself better what you say makes no sense.

jury...Go ahead...the judge is waiting...

Just her word like this is not enough for conviction. Especially if it wasn't reported at the time.

there is enough lying, vindictive women who would use such law as a weapon against men.

Again, you have the evidence. Should it be rape?

That's one reason the conviction rate is low which angers some. There's not much that can be done about that since lowering the evidential standard isn't possible and there are already some controversial issues around investigation and cross-examination.

Some of the posters here seem to think that the evidential standard has changed: it hasn't.

Again, you have the evidence

Look I have given you a lot of space to explain yourself, but you haven't done it, so either you are trolling me, or you post as someone else with a different moniker or you have no clue about that subject, or all three.

Look in a relationship there is no rape, if a woman doesn't feel like having sex, she still can have it if her partner is desperate, enjoying intimacy, and so on.

Calling it rape is dumb, for several obvious reasons, if she hates him so much that she would call it rape how come she sticks around for so long?

In such a scenario, it is an expression of hate and hostility, and treason, not rape.
Stupid people like you don't understand the consequences of the dilution of meaning and context and weight that the word rape carries.
Such laws instead of improving women's safety will decrease it because nobody will believe women anymore.

Of course she can. She doesn't have to though and if she clearly states that she doesn't want it and they guy processes it's a rape. And besides leaving him she should have the same right to pursue criminal case as any other victim.

Just her word like this is not enough for conviction.

BS. There are thousands of men in prisons on "her word". "Women must be trusted"...sounds familiar?

Back to my question:

How many times did he rape her?

case as any other victim.

You have never been in any meaningful relationship or if you had there is something wrong with you! There is no point talking to a bot.

I have. And there is nothing wrong with me. I simply had the fortune to meet men that don't find satisfaction in sex with unwilling women.

Thankfully never been with a man that thought he can ignore my no because we are in a relationship.

Now get lost, you bore.

No. 1. The first one.

Even that one was forgiven since the moron decided to stay with her "rapist".

I have. And there is nothing wrong with me.

What???

How about "it's none of your damn business, azhole"!
