racist and ignorant comment.

Is it? let's wait for the verdict of the International Court of Justice.

2. Societies were much more conservative back then

Anything about sex just wasn't talked about at all.

Some of the women who were raped had grown up
In the days when women wore full length dresses and even menstruation was a taboo subject.

Even now, there are doctors in Poland with crucifixes on the wall who go red with embarrassment if a patient mentions the word "clitoris".

And women's issues are ignored by some societies even now. It's hard to imagine if you've not experienced it. There was no chance that soldier rapes would have been discussed much in public back then.

Now that Poland is no longer under Russian control, Soviet rapes should be public knowledge

They are. Not only public, but first and foremost - historical. I was taught about Soviet crimes in Poland at school and I've read about them (including rapes) in press articles long ago already.

Sweden is so high because they have changed the definition of rape

Yup.

3. As a consequence of 1 +2 and due to shame and a wish to forget the victims only spoke about this mqny decades later, a pattern common in victims of sexual assault.

Of course.

This girl didn't, either...

Hell, that girl is in danger, playing with fire her stupid parents.

Nobody,

Yes, nobodies they are, do not count as well as your imaginary friends there is enough historical evidence for those things that some fake A-hole won't change the truth.

Yup.

Give me the difference between the old and the new definitions. Not verbatim...just the main points.

Did the UK change the definition, too? How about Germany with its 5x rape rate compared to Poland's?

I see Euro bootlickers scrambling ... Anything except admitting that Western Europe is a softer version of the USSR where the government never gave a fvck what people wanted.

I'm not some expert on Swedish rape law. I once read answers to a question about the surge in rape reports in Sweden on Quora and a Swedish guy living in Sweden explained there that it was due to the change of definition of rape/sexual assualt in the law. I remember that he gave such an example: "If a guy in a club walks out of the toilet and shows his penis to some random woman, it would be put nowadays into rape/sexual assualt category".

If you're so interested in an exact definition before and after the change in the Swedish law, then you have the same ability to Google it as I do. I only remember that the increase in rape reports and convictions happened after the law changed:

I don't know anything about rape statistics in Germany and the UK, sorry.

@Novichok

..just the main points.

Not sure about the UK but in German the old definition required the victim had struggled/resisted against the perpetrator which in practice left a a lot of leeway for the culprit. Most rapes happen in a private context with no other witnesses after all.

Now even a non-verbal sign can suffice that a victim did not consent to it. Other acts such as "stealthing" can now also be prosecuted as a sex crime.

, it would be put nowadays into rape/sexual assualt category

Something similar happened in Germany as well as far as I recall.

where the government never gave a fvck what people wanted.

Our governments are doing what people want, or else they are voted out. Your mistake is to assume that what you think is what most people think and that what you want is what most people want.

That's not part of any definition under English, Scottish or NI law. There are many cases where a victim is too afraid to physically struggle.

Most rapes happen in a private context with no other witnesses after all.

It's problematic that there is often no evidence, especially in historical cases. This is one reason for the low conviction rate. The high reporting rate in the U.K. is however in part due to the excellent counselling and support as well as compensation, neither of which require criminal charges to be brought.

OK. Then the question is why they changed the definition of rape and made Sewden look worse than ever.

Without proof, here is my answer:

The woke Swedish scumbags changed the definition of rape to hide the rape stats attributable to the foreign garbage they stupidly let in.

"Yes, we know that our data is bad but it's because we changed the definition"... goes the leftist propaganda mob.

Rape rates per 100k:

Germany 42
Poland 9

It's 5 times higher than in Poland because Germans are morons and decided to open their borders to the world's worst scum. ... along with the UK and Sweden...

Rape rates

Reporting rates.
Novichok 4 | 8,258

Yes, because Polish women are too shy to say "I have been raped".
You are a true genius.

Your second sentence is true.

Your first sentence demonstrates your ignorance about the difference between police and victim support in Poland/Iran and U.K./Sweden.
Tacitus 2 | 1,408

victim support in Poland/Iran and U.K./Sweden.

Indeed. With the Polish society liberalizing mentally and introducing similar law we'll no doubt see a similar increase.

Which naturally Novichok will then blame on the migrants as well.

In Italy, on a train 5 Egyptian men and boys raped 13 years old girl regardless of her fierce resistance, there is no grey area, a girl had been raped in broad daylight, and no need to invent new definitions of rape or excuses for drunk stupid sluts to get at back due to their misandry.

The case is clear.
My question is will those men be deported or put in the slammer for many years?
I somehow doubt that.
The law would rather punish men for casual sex than on the other hand with a sleight of hand it says casual sex is fine. Evidently, it is not!

Somehow casual sex is fine but only if women say it is fine if you don't have a document signed by layers and two witnesses that is consensual, a man is done, Is that some kind of pervasive matiriarchat for stupid?

I wonder how stupid one can be to find such laws acceptable.

If they aren't citizens, probably both. First gaol then deportation.

Somehow casual sex is fine but only if women say it is fine

Well yes since if it's not 'fine' there's a bloody big problem, isn't there...

police and victim support in Poland/Iran and U.K./Sweden.

You are so cute playing stupid...

Germany 42
Poland 9

It's 5 times higher than in Poland because Germans are morons and decided to open their borders to the world's worst scum. ... along with the UK and Sweden...

...or because German cops are sweet and cuddly and Polish cops are as mean as the Gestapo. I guess that's why German women are more likely to report rapes and seek consolation at the German police stations, not because Germans were morons and invited bad foreign azholes without thinking things through...

So which one was it? Cuddly or stupid?

On my island, they would be executed the day they were found guilty. I have granddaughters close to that age so I really mean it.

I would offer to be the executioner so some poor soul will be spared getting PTSD.

Back to the Soviets...How many Polish women did they rape? How many were raped by Poles in the same period?

Agreed.

Back to the Soviets...How many Polish women did they rape? How many were raped by Poles in the same period?

I think you know the answer as it is obvious to all of us...... Russians are natural born rapists, Poles are not.
Novichok 4 | 8,258

I need numbers since everything is relative.

Poland reports 9 rapes per 100k.
Germany reports 5 times as many.
Are Germans 5 times more evil? Something doesn't make sense...

It's impossible to know the exact number. This article may just give some idea:

ciekawostkihistoryczne.pl/2015/04/26/mamy-prawo-do-wszystkich-polek-sowieckie-gwalty-nad-wisla/

To be honest, after reading this article I've come to a conclusion that I didn't even realise how common those Soviet rapes were in entire Poland...

A pointless post.
Where are you going to find the evidence to prove your question?
And are they even comparable considering our much larger European population nearly 50 years later?
No, sorry Rich, Dumb question.

Were they as common as the rapes of white women in Western Europe by migrants?

My guess is that they were more common.
Novichok 4 | 8,258

Not good enough.

There is a base rape rate in any country, Poland included. To dump on the Soviet troops, the accuser has to do better than "they were more common". Even approximate numbers are better than that.

At least the Soviets had an excuse. Facing sudden death 24/7 gets annoying very quickly and can turn any man into an animal.

Today, migrant rapists in peaceful and generous Europe have no excuse but rape anyway - aided and abetted by the European courts that bend backward to whitewash these 100% preventable crimes against white women with ridiculous sentences - if any.
Paulina 16 | 4,407

Not good enough.

As good as your guesses. Actually, it's more of a logical conclusion on my part, rather than a guess. 🤔

To dump on the Soviet troops, the accuser has to do better than "they were more common".

OK. I actually think they were way more common. Better now? lol

At least the Soviets had an excuse.

No, they didn't. There's no "excuse" for raping innocent women and girls, you f*cked up psycho.

Facing sudden death 24/7 gets annoying very quickly and can turn any man into an animal.

Really? So, why all soldiers who faced and face sudden death 24/7 don't turn into rapists?
Novichok 4 | 8,258

There's no "excuse" for raping innocent women and girls, you f*cked up psycho.

Ouch...That hurt...

How about hiring Polish prostitutes for the occasion?

Now, try this...What would Poles choose: (1) We, the Red Army, will chase Germans out of Poland and engage in some unauthorized love making or (2) we will stop at Bug and let Germans do whatever they want, including death camps like Auschwitz and you do the rest?

1 or 2?
