What should Poland do to solve the population crisis?

I don't see almost any other solution. Native Europeans don't want to have children and neither they want immigrants. I wonder what will be the largest success of anti-immigrant parties in Europe? Economic incentives don't seem help a lot. Or probably they have to be extended to a huge numbers? Should mothers receive something like 100.000 Euro for any newborn child and 3 years of vocation? Or perhaps even 200.000-300.000 Euros? And who will pay for this? Another solution is to return back in history to a patriarchal society. It would be difficult to implement. One more possibility force people to have children by punishing those economically who don't want to have more than 1 child. Prevent them doing carriers before they have 2 children. Nothing that looks working well for me, so far.

But this is a problem and requires a solution, right?
And not just for Poland.
For most of the "Advanced West".
So where does this discussion go from here?
I already offered my compromise solutions.

For most of the Northern hemisphere what includes all the Europe, Russia and Japan.
And what are the compromise solution?

A mixture of promoting more children and controled immigration.

So, how did the humans manage when there were only 1 billion of them?
It must have been awful with all those roads and planes near empty. And the PF forum having just two visitors a week.

Before pensions couples tended to have large families because your kids WERE your pension.
That is still true in many countries that don't have pensions.
Since that need has been taken away people are having less children,less than 2 per couple in some countries.
We need kids to support and pay for the pensions of people who are living longer and longer.

Maybe Polish people could start returning (from the UK) to their country.

There's no reason they should; and the U.K. and Poland are close. After all, we're both part of our European Union.

There is no population crisis anywhere.
It's a crisis only in the minds of the ruling class that needs ever more profits, future voters, and more oxygen for their collapsing Ponzi scams like the Social Security.

Really? It could be viewed from many viewpoints. For example in some countries it comes to a total and complete replacement of a native cultures with a foreign cultures. Are people in those countries fully prepared for this? Does it foreshadow a long term economic and general stability? Well, the later elections and political moods in these countries definitely show that not quite.
