25 years ago Poland joined NATO. Today Polish top leaders are meeting Jon Biden who, working in President Clinton`s administration, also contributed to Poland`s access in 1999.
That was one of the most important events in Poland`s recent history, second after the collapse of communism. Even more crucial than joining the EU in 2004.
We took perfect advantage of the favourable conditions. If we hadn`t, today we would be in Ukraine`s shoes, fighting for our independence against our sworn enemy.
