Poland is racist, many people here admit it. Why is the word jebane often used after uttering Russian, German, Jew or any black?

Us Scots are quite racist too. Attacks on Pakistanis and other groups show that.

My sir I believe Scotland might have a good point for this.

see if a nation is all open minded and allows people to enter without any discrimination, much people come to the nation who in fact ARE racist and intolerant and than wage war against the friendly Poles. This in turn really reflects negatively on the poor nation itself. Why in turn Poles should be somewhat racist, to be sure all those radical Muslims and vulgar blacks stay in their place and know who is BOSS.

Of course no disrespect to Regular blacks or Muslims. I said vulgar Muslims and blacks. If you get offended than you probably know who you are.

That is why people are more mobile in Poland and are slim and fit not like in UK or USA: drive to big supermarket - fill car with lots crisps, coca-cola, ready meals, veg or meat in plastic, clinical wraps ...drive home, switch on tv , sit on the sofa and eat,eat,eat....

Not quite true, is it ?

The largest shopping centre in Europe is in Poland.

There are large shopping centres in most other big towns and cities.

Poland's youth are getting bigger and fatter.

Is it? I didn't know. Where is it ?

I haven't been in Poland for a while. Next year I will have to look but last time
( 1.5 years ago) I didn't see many fat people on the streets and none obese like in UK or USA.

It's nothing like the US, but some kids are overweight.

The shopping centre is in Lodz. Wikipedia has all the details.

3 reasons why you hate Poland.

1. They don't ban foreigners who do not appreciate everything Poland has to offer.

2. They allow some foreigners to even settle down there :)

3. They allow foreigners to write derogatory things about them.

:)

sweet like the welsh usually are?

I met many Welsh people years ago, good people and then mainly due to geography i have not met any (excluding one nice guy in Barcelona just recent).

I have not met you but I do sometimes find your comments derogatory, it could just be the air bubbles in my blood stream but what are you about?

Are you thinking about galat?

Yes, galaretka or gelatine. Its disgusting stuff, why do you poles eat so much of it.

I though it was disgusting until I tried it, quite recently actually (about a year ago), and I was hooked ;-)
Now the only thing I truly cannot stand is flaki (tripe soup). Maybe it's tasty, but I can't get over the ingredients.

It's no more disgusting than the Welsh habit of eating faggots ;)
Just try it.

Flaczki are the best!

Many of you that have traveled extensively and like to experiment with local cuisine most likely tried some "Tripe" without even realizing what you've eaten. Here's a sample of dishes made of "Tripe" from around the world. Be honest BubbaWoo, have you ever tried one of those dishes?

Personally I love Polish style Tripe Soup but it has to be home made not store bought.

Not only home-made flaki is good. I tried it in a restaurant here and it was pretty good. It had a bit of spice to it which was nice. The texture was really good, soft and digestible. Good stuff.

I had some in restaurants that were not to my liking, too bland. Spicy is good the more spicy the better. I guess I prefer my mother’s cooking. Nothing like a taste from your childhood.

Home-made food in Poland is legendary, the stuff of heroes!! I had to exercise restraint when a random dude invited me back to his family to try bigos. He was an old bloke so I didn't feel at risk. His wife had made the most delicious bigos. I've since tried equally good in different places. My GF's mother makes bigos to die for. The Poles know how to cook. That's a BIG compliment from a Scot as we also have very capable makers of home-made food.

I thought Scottish soups were close to the best in the world until I tried some of the Polish ones

I don't know, but there's just no family gathering without galat. Mmmm...

Actually I always wanted to introduce my British friends to that dish. I imagined that since Brits love vinegar so much that it would be a smashing hit, but I guess I was wrong. :)

3 reasons why you hate Poland

1 - Polish people like too much foreign things (food, fashion, people, mentality etc.) and they denigrate theirs. Even "****" (sorry) is better for them if it's from foreign countries.

2 - Not so strong Love relations, too distance between man and woman, too freedom, flirting is just normal for some people

3 - In Poland you can see the wildest face of capitalism, take a look at how many shopping centers there are...and all around bad roads, houses etc.

Point 2, spot on, perfect.

Point 3, superb

Point 1, well, I don't agree. Polish people love their own food. There is a definite fashion here which you don't find elsewhere. They don't really like foreign people all that much. What foreign mentality do they like?
