Need help on how to cancel a company in Poland.

We need your help to cancel a company or any other arrangement details as follows;
-company was suspended since registration.
-limited liability company [5000 zloty capital.
- I am the main share holder and i have the power of attorney only for me and notarize in Poland.
Please confirm and advise.

dissolving a limited liability company is not a straightforward process in Poland - you need to see a lawyer here as it involves going to a court

do any one know a lawyer or account office to cancel a company please not expensive.

You still need to assign a liquidator. A notary is required and as mentioned above, going to court. It will take a while as liquidation needs to be advertised for 6 months. Any solid accountant in your area should be able to run the process for you. Will cost a couple of grand.

yes i need one in Warsaw but i am not in Poland so if any one know account office or a lawyer can handle the matter .

SEEK HELP to deregistration for a company in poland

the company is suspended since establishment and we want to get rid from it but we can not find a way to do it . we tried to contact KRS several times but we failed due to lack of language. we need advice what to do. we can neither make electronic signature nor can travel to Poland, we live in another continent.

what will happen if we just let go like this and we cancel the virtual address.
for info we had a very bad experience with accredited lawyer/accountant office which is registered in the KRS supposedly to be trusted but unfortunately they took the full fees and disappeared without doing anything.

Why dont you sell the company?Plenty of buyers there who will buy it if there is no credit on it.If you dont do anything about it they will come back and haunt you as you have to file taxes on it every year even if you dont do any business with it.
