Closing an inactive company in Poland (limited liability company)

Hi all,

I would like to close a limited liability company. I need a lawyer or someone who can do that. I wanted to open a small business in Warsaw, so I registered LLC by a local lawyer. But Now I gave up and want to close it.

To my knowledge, I have to pay tax even though I didn't do any activities and have no incomes. It was done almost a year ago.

Does anyone know who can do this?

You don't have to pay any kind of taxes but you have to fill in zero/zero and file taxes.infact you can sell that company the price depending upon how much capital it's worth and for whT purposes. Lots of people are looking for ready made companies in Poland and are making good money of it.kind of shady business. It legit.

as a solely shareholder you have to adopt formal resolution and start liquidation proceeding. Then you have do delete the LLC from national court register and get decision of the court. If company doesn't have any assets probably you don't pay any taxes.

have a company in Poland pay polish tax and N.I but want to come back to England to be fully employed in a company over here, can I still keep the Polish company, after a few months I will closed the polish company once I have a full time job over here. please which is best for me. how long does it take to close a company in Poland?

HI ! I STARTED MY COMPANY WITH AN VIEW OF DOING BUSINESS AND GET THE PR. BUT NO LUCK. SO I WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE MY LLC AND LLC SK COMPANY.

ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW DO I HAVE TO PAY ZUS, AS I AM NOT LIVING IN POLAND, COMPANY IS NOT DOING ANY BUSINESS FROM PAST MONTHS AND THERE IS NO LIABILITY PAYABLE ON THE COMPANY.

I went through almost a similar exp10 yrs back and was contacted by the uzad skarbowe to file taxes.I had to file all the 8 years of taxes for my spookazoo company as 00 pln in returns,asII never did any business with it.Then turned around and sold that company for 10k pln and the new owner takes responsibility of all the taxes.Depending on the value of investment in the company,it can be either sold without tax clearance and closed with tax clearance I learnt.I suggest sell it,there are plenty of people buying and selling companies,if you need help let me know.

Hello everyone,

I would like to close my company. How can I do that exactly?
A lawyer told me that it would cost about 6000 euros, is that true?
I wanted to open a business in lodz, But Now I gave up on finding the right business and want to close it as Im going back to my country.

I didn't do any activities and have no incomes. It was done almost a year ago and was frozen almost right away.

Does anyone know who and how can I do this?

And Id like to ask what would happen if I just leave it and go back home?

I had registered a restaurant on 2019. Due to lack of enough time we had to shut it down without any income. i assumed it was closed but today i was curious and searched online, found out it is still active. can anyone help me to shut it down completely..
