I am new on this forum and would like to get some info:
1. For establishing the company you need 5000 PLN can this amount be spent for buying services for company?
2. What are all the fees, translations...if you go through lawyer? Any recommendation of the law company?
3. Would be a good idea to get partners? Our IT company will have 100 % profitable product. If anyone is interested send me an e-mail. Do not expect to get any detailed ideas via e-mail. We (partners) will sign a non disclosure agreement.

What area in Poland are you considering? If you go to Wroclaw I can recommend several lawyers. And yes, I would recommend getting partners to spread out your risk.
