Exchange non EU driving license with class C in Poland

I have Sri lankan driving license with class C permission. and Im currently in Sweden, (also hold swedish B class driving license)

My question is am I able to exchange it to polish license and get C permission?
Im planning to get poland resident by either applying for polish language school or work contract.

and thoughts?
