I come in contact with 1 of the agency in India who have office in poland as well. They have shared there following details:

Regon- 522524555
NIP- 1133065068
KRS- 0000981101

So can anyone help me by telling is it valid agency in poland or not?

All those numbers mean is that they're a registered company. Anyone can get them.They don't tell you if the company is good, honest or reliable.

REGON is a category connected to statistical data that anyone (even someone selling potatoes in the street) has to have. KRS just shows that they're registered to operate as a company and NIP is the tax number that every man, woman, or business has in Poland.

Some more information (like the name of the agency) would help people here answer your question.
