Non EU WP holder (national D visa) and quarantine laws?

Hi All , Can someone let me know if a Non Eu person holding Schengen Visa (type D) is allowed to enter Poland for work purpose , there is conflicting info on gov.pl and internet , if u or some1 u know recently traveled to poland , let me know what sort of quarantine practice is there , my colleagues recently traveled to another EU on similar visa , they were allowed entry and put in Hotel quarantine for 2 weeks

Do you already have your work permit? If you do, you can. That`s what is written on gov site
