News / Poland says no to flood of Immigrants [648]

Holy and Apostolic, Roman Catholic Church.

Yes. 'White' identity formes when there is something opposite to it. As Poles have always been pretty pale, we did not form such strong identity around skin color.

The national identity, such as we can understand in pre-modern time, was first built around concepts like 'Christianity' (antemurale christianitatis) and much, much later, 'Europe' (which some claim we have saved from Bolshevism in 1920). Also the nobility of old believed they come from ancient Sarmatians and that they are very different from the peasantry.

News / Ups and downs of the democratic government 2023-2027 in Poland [160]

PO won, technically they're in a coalition and PiS as a single party had more votes, but everyone knows Tusk is in power, other parties aren't really relevant, they exist to bring certain audiences to PO's side, without PO itself needing to commit to them. Like Lewica, for example, exists to bring votes of the fags to PO, without PO having to actually make any pro-LGBT changes and annoy the majority of Poles.

News / Pfizer is suing Poland over vaccines. This is how we got here [NEW]

The court case is the latest fallout from Ursula von der Leyen's massive COVID-19 vaccine contract.

It took a while, but the bill finally came.

U.S. pharmaceutical giant Pfizer is taking the Polish government to court over missing payments for 60 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine it developed with BioNTech.

The lawsuit, which comes as Poland prepares for a change in government following its October election, marks the culmination of a 19-month struggle between Warsaw and Pfizer over a glut of vaccine doses.

But the roots of the clash can be traced back further: to the enormous 1.1 billion-dose contract the European Commission signed with Pfizer in 2021, which has become controversial for the reported exchange of text messages between Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla in the run-up to negotiations.

politico.eu/article/pfizer-is-suing-poland-over-covid-vaccines-this-is-how-we-got-here/

We're paying for a vaccine that Ursula vonderleyen ordered on our behalf and the best thing is: it never worked in the first place!

This should be an easy "no go fu*ck yourselves jews" from Polant, but on the other hand: Donalt Tusk.

News / Poland says no to flood of Immigrants [648]

99% of immigrants and refugees are cancerous to the locals.

Might as well say that Nikolai Tesla was the lowest of the low because he came from Serbia which wasn't very industrialized or scientific (which is the sole reason why he immigrated, because he wanted to work somewhere industrialized and scientific).

News / Abortion still under control in Poland [2971]

34%- unrestricted abortion for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy

For them it is not about morality but convenience. This poll shows that women should not be the ones to decide about such a matter, as they have a hard time to see the issue clearly, from the moral high ground.

Thankfully unborn children are not going for a slaughter for the next two years, as President Duda will be able to veto lefist madness. After that, maybe the Lord will intervene somehow.

Coalition agreement without demands of Razem

tvn24.pl/najnowsze/zandberg-razem-poprze-rzad-ale-nie-wejdzie-do-niego-7431477

The National Council of the Razem party decided that although the party would support the new coalition government, its members would not be part of it. This concerns the coalition agreement that opposition leaders signed on Friday.

Razem leaders Adrian Zandberg and Magdalena Biejat explained that the reason for this situation is the lack of key demands for Razem in the coalition agreement - including those regarding abortion, health care, workers' rights and housing. As they explain, the leaders of the other parties could not be persuaded to include them in the document.

sure, evil is simply emanating from Tusk

And yet, you decided to post a picture where his eyes are closed.
And the other picture, Kaczyński picture, there is man deadly tired with fighting the Evil.
While Tusk

Look at him. Whenever I see Tusk, it gives me creeps. He is the devil's minion.

I will however mention one when it comes to the sacred respect of the rule of law and freedom of courts - PO were the ones who began the entire constitutional court clusterfuck by trying to illegally bolster it in their favour when they realised they're going to lose the next election

Like going blind or dying.

Specifically *one* woman in a full year. And when you look at the case it does not seem related to the actual laws that were changed. Abortion is absolutely legal if the woman is in danger of dying in Poland. So this is a case of a wrong decisions of the doctors part, not an issue with the abortion laws.

Gynocentrism is cancer.

Stalling is bad for Poland, and would just be more proof that PiS didnt GAF about anyone but themselves.

Stopping Tusk from destroying Poland is not about caring about themselves. Quite the contrary. I am not fan of PiS, but they still are the lesser of two evils.

Tusk's potential government will not be stable, because effectively it would be a coalition of at least 5 different parties without ability to overrule president's veto for at least next 2 years. Hopefully, it will likely collapse before it can implement any significant changes.

Donald Tusk, that genius, will contain them.

It's Brussels that dictate what a country should and shouldn't do and Tusk is obedient to Brussels.

What do you think would happen in early elections ?

For example, people working on b2b are now coming to realization how leftards want to undercut them.

Why 3 fails if there is a majority for the opposition gov

Hopefully, if stalled long enough, opposition parties start fighting each other. The Left gives me high hopes in this regard.

That`s "democracy" by rightists

FYI for non-poles and clarification the order for cabinet proposals is:

1) Candidate at the President's discretion - customary/tradition to give it to the party with majority.
2) Lower house of parliament (Sejm) proposes a prime minister to form a cabinet.
3) President proposes whoever he wants, but the vote of confidence needs a more lax majority to pass than in previous steps (I think just 50% of present MPs, while others require absolute majority regardless of absentees).

If all 3 fail to result in a vote of confidence for a prime minister's cabinet then the parliament is dissolved, meaning new elections.

News / Polish Parliamentary Elections 2023 [933]

here should have been no window for Duda to make the statement that there are two groups claiming a majority.

Candidate at the President's discretion - however customary/tradition to give it to "the winner" which PiS is currently claiming that they are, because most seats the 3 (likely) coalition parties didn't go to elections as one block (had separate candidate lists/election committees).

Best he can do is give Morawiecki first shot at the vote of confidence and maybe, if the Sejm's (Tusk-lead) cabinet proposal fails to get a vote of confidence after Morawiecki's fails, give another shot to Morawiecki (or indeed to whoever he wishes, I think people joked he could propose his wife as PM, as the constitution makes no restrictions here), which will again fail, triggering parliament dissolution and early elections.

And it was women among others who punished you..

Yeah, the way out of it is some anti women laws, but that won't happen under democracy. Which is the biggest problem because the moment you try to fix any problem, the idiotic peasants will get butthurt about having some mild discomfort and will vote some liberal parasite that promises them some easy sh*it. You can't have meaningful change unless you have long and stable governing power.

let workers be workers

Okay, I agree, fu*ck those IT specialists in corpo, doctors in hospitals, or some *spits on the ground* paramedics. If they want to make money, let them go abroad, we, Poles, who care about our public good, despise taking care of ourselves and entrepreneurship. No opportunities to take better care of yourself! Everyone should have exactly the same, let's equalize everyone - but only down!

There's a golden chance to end so-called 'b2b'.

Meanwhile, I hope that the left will start to submit even more idiotic and anti-human ideas, until it finally reaches a critical mass, thanks to which it will be kicked out of the emerging coalition, because even the Confederation will be more attractive to PO-PSL than the leftists with a nail in their mouth, detached from reality.

ought to stop those 'b2b' scams hard and quickly.

And take money from doctors and medical rescuers, because many of them are B2B?

And to convince the above, as well as IT specialists, that they will be much better off in the West.

"Using society's capital" is a more coherent and less small-minded way of expressing that.

Do they work B2B with a company from abroad? So, if UoP is forced on them, they will stop working in Poland altogether and will work in the target country.

Do they work on B2B in the Polish department of a foreign company? The cashier at Lidl too. What's the problem here? Should we get rid of foreign companies and work only for Poles?

Those of us who "dare to earn better" alway pay more tax than people who are less able or less lucky.

Preferably 75% tax for everyone above the national average and everyone will be fine, yes
It's strange that no one has yet come up with the idea of simply jebnąć the 90% tax for everyone. Then there would be paradise on earth without any kulaks.

There is no other way to save Poland from autocratic rightist

Will the new government stop the pretending to be entrepreneur? The left wants an "test przedsiębiorcy".
businessinsider.com.pl/wiadomosci/nowy-rzad-skonczy-z-udawaniem-dzialalnosci-lewica-chce-testu-przedsiebiorcy/5fcbb06

This is a classic leftist approach. Instead of wondering why people are running away from the Umowa o Pracę, it's time to force everyone into the worst contract they can have. And it won't kill small and specialized businesses, where one project can take months, or the budget, which is barely sustainable, and you won't have to look for crap orders just to demonstrate "real business" to the authorities, which will drastically reduce work efficiency and any profitability.

The market of "employment agencies for specialists", such as the already existing Useme, will not develop at all, where we will have the same for crappy works/orders only with a commission penalty that we usually have to pay - this money will certainly not go to large capital entities that are organizationally and financially capable manage such an "agency."

We all benefit from stupid ideas, right? Do you also support the leftist idea of a tax of up to 75%?
