Good luck with that one like everything else judicial here, never mind the rip off legal and translation fees he will be hit with along the way, even native Poles suffer when it comes to the courts, let alone counting in how much time it would take.

I have not come across this, but he will advise you of what is possible under Polish law, I suggest you discuss your concerns with him on your own, he can usually get you a sworn translator for a small fee to help if you do not speak Polish

Reb , I'm living happy off that last tip , buying property in Spain to avoid Polish winters which re really starting to make me ache, 10 years of polska time for a change.
Maybe someone else will listen to you here and make some money themselves, lol, but somehow I don't thinks so , most here have become negative backward thinking Buraks, too long in country lol.

To be honest JR ,After the last payout we got rid of all the investments and just put it in bank accounts and bought assets such as propery watches gold , spread currencyaround dolla,euro,gbp,dhs and some zloty, we are done investing now i think.oh still got work related pension funds when I rech official retirement age.
Enjoy your trip to costa rica, we will be off on travels soon, Anyway thanks for all your help old pal, was a bit of a shocker really.
