In my experience the authorities have no idea about how long you have stayed in Poland or not, and to be honest they are not interested, if you are that concerned just buy some random piece of land cheap to ensure you can prove a connection, also useful is a friend who can vouch for an address for you.

Hmm My family already had a stay in Siberia, I was thinking more of Portugal or Malta. as for LGBT we have many gay friends , don't forget Poland is one of only two countries that never had laws against being gay, I see more homophobia in countries who have large migrant populations who's religion tells them to burn gay people.

This new government will bring the bonus of the release of millions of Euros held by the EU due to the dispute over the rule of law , Poland accepting EU migrants will be a lucrative source of income for our border smugglers , the migrants will earn money laboring until they make enough to be smuggled cross the German border, the Border guard won't be interested so its a win win situation.

I have no problems with the change of government , it will take some years before Poland ends up as degenerate such as Germany,France and the UK.

If the government passes any laws that adversely affect me I will sell my properties here and simply move to a country that is more to my liking.

I really don't have a problem with this change especially at my age , let the young choose their path , I have enjoyed my long journey through life without regrets , I couldn't wish for more.

To be honest JR ,After the last payout we got rid of all the investments and just put it in bank accounts and bought assets such as propery watches gold , spread currencyaround dolla,euro,gbp,dhs and some zloty, we are done investing now i think.oh still got work related pension funds when I rech official retirement age.

Good luck with that one like everything else judicial here, never mind the rip off legal and translation fees he will be hit with along the way, even native Poles suffer when it comes to the courts, let alone counting in how much time it would take.
