The world keeps changing. One has to adapt. This is why changing with it is required and it's a trait of conservatives to be out of date on most views in society and in science. To me it looks like on todays fast paced planet their views go out of fashion even quicker. I am fascinated by these people in the same way that anti-vaxers or flat earthers spark my curiosity.

Le pen just doesnt look democratic enough. Shes a product of two years ago the same in like so many countries, right wing movements caused by refugees. I am pretty sure the only permanent victims of this will be the brits. The dutch rejected it not long ago the germans threw it in the bin and now the french look like doing the same. Ukip got hammered in the local elections today in uk. Trump is morphing into centre. Ha ha.

When you use human emotions for businesses instead of merit you are setting up for failure. My first rule if hireing is no family and no friends in business.
