Life / Poland needs more immigrants and their children - which nationalities are the best? [518]

How is it good for humanity to move blacks from Africa to Europe

Blacks are humans too. A humanitarian wouldn't ask such a question.

destroy the white race

A little bit of fun reading for you:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recent_African_origin_of_modern_humans
sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/05/070509161829.htm

The thread question was: which nationalities are the best?
The answer is there is no best nationality. Poland needs immigrants who can integrate and make a positive contribution to the country. It's down to individuals, nationality is irrelevant. I realise the OP asked for suggestions on nationality, but maybe PF isn't the best place to get an intelligent answer.

Pawian you should have simply posted your second question:

What should Poland do to successfully compete in the immigration market and attract more than other countries?

Now that is a very good question.

Feedback / Why are there so many on here, who do not like Poland [150]

You wont find to many Pole bashers outside of the UK's shores, answer

There are racists in every country. It's just a tiny minority of British

Pole bashers

that have to come on PF because;

Some people like to moan and wind people up

People with no life.
And
Frustrated with their own miserable lives

As for:

effecting the lives of working class people

Who were on the dole scrounging benefits long before the Polish came along... Immigrants are an easy target for the scumbag tabloid press. Next year they will target Romanians and Bulgarians.

Germany opened their borders to Polish immigration

You are obviously not aware that Germany has as many migrant Polish workers as the UK, if not more - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poles_in_Germany

Personally i have been there quite a few times and find the People very hospitable and a very beautifull country. I love it there.

Very well said. I totally agree. If you're not Polish, and you're just here to insult people and make ignorant racist comments, please get lost!

Sadly, until the moderators start handing out suspensions and barring people, those people are free to keep on doing so.

UK, Ireland / over paid tax benefits in england uk? [9]

Do you have a copy of that letter and are you still living in England?
If yes, then it's worth taking the letter to your local Citizens Advice Bureau for some free legal advice. It may be the case that they will not discuss it with you as it pertains to your sister. Definately worth a try though.

Life / Poland needs more immigrants and their children - which nationalities are the best? [518]

Every piece of technology you are currently using was invented by Europeans.
The democracy we currently enjoy, Europeans.
Medical advancement and people living after their 30th birthday, Europeans

You might want to check these facts. Either google them or visit your local library.
Can you tell me, for instance, which European countries invented medicine, gunpowder, algebra or even the wheel?

Negroes ruling indigenous Europeans in their own native land.

Judge them on their record, not on their ethnicity.

I live in a nice semi four bedroom with a nice hot tub out the back and a '10 alpha romeo out the front.

Then you are in an excellent position to make some charitable contributions to those that are not so fortunate...

Also check out the third world these days:

Pani Polka, I hope that don't consider any of my posts as negative remarks about yourself. That was never my intention. I apologise if you found them offensive in any way.

Life / Polish people are the most ignorant people in the world! [331]

Personally I believe that there should be made a new language that could serve for communication purposes on the global scale

There once was a great idea to make a new language it was called Esperanto

Yes, it failed miserably. Only Kryten from the Red Dwarf series ever became fluent......

English is fastly becoming recognised as the Lingua-Franca of the world. That's a fact! However, I'm not saying that it should be the world language or has some special right to be. Although English is only the third most commonly spoke first langue in the world, (behind Mandarin Chinese and Spanish), it does seem to be the second language of choice for many people. Just for example; how many South-Americans and Chinese are learning English as a second language? A lot! Now compare that figure with the number of people from the countries where English is the mother tongue are learning either Spanish or Mandarin. Certainly Spanish is popular, but falls well short of English. It's demand driven. Just some food for thought....

I apologise unreservedly for my bad temper as of late. I know I have crossed the line quite a few times now.

But to clarify what I said about the lady looking French

for me she has more feautres of a French girl than Polish

it is because in my honest opinion she does. Maybe it is something to do with being an Arsenal fan and seeing a lot of French players come and go the vast majority of whom have dark hair and a certain look about them. Personally, I look a little bit like Robert Pires and Samir Nasri both of whom are French. I guess it's all in my genes:)

News / Nude females in Legnica centrum [5]

I haven't clicked on the link for obvious reasons lol...
But from the link it says Panie. I'm no expert, but I believe this refers to a man (in accusative or vocative - idk) Panowie = men, and pani = woman, Panii = women. Panstwo = couple.

Just my input - please don't troll my about my bad Polish. I know I suck.

The French population being the result of a huge melting pot from the very beginning

Quite agree. Same as us British. My French roots date back to about 1675. I still look French! I have the same features as the lady I was describing as being French! My Polish roots date back to 1875, but my great-grandfather was blond haired and blue eyed, and bears no resemblance to me. You know nothing about me. Stop insulting me because I pointed out the difference between a Viking and a Norman, Grow up! Stop trolling me and get a life!

She may be American

I knew it! lol. Yeah its hard with American's. As apart from native-Americans (or mexicans as I like to call them :O) the caucasians are all Europeans. A very varied mix of Europeans...

The topic of the thread is: The typical Polish look, or all Eastern Europeans. Which is why we're giving these critiques.
Oh and

Normandy (Viking),

Vikings came from Scandinavia. Normans came from Northern France. Just in case you were confused:P

USA, Canada / Animosity against second and third generation poles ? [26]

I see a lot of animosity against second and third generation poles wanting to come back to the homeland. What is the problerm?

There isn't a problem. I'm fourth generation and I've always been made more than welcome in Poland. Helps if you can speak the language and say your pan/pana's...

Take a chill pill dude! It's just people's opinions. I was just responding to the question:

Don't you think this model looks Polish?

To which I replied no. And that she looks more French. Doesn't make me a nazi. Relax buddy, it's all good.

Definately not Romanian. These days most people have a fairly varied gene pool, she may well be Croatian or even Slovenian. But trust me, definately not Romanian. Face is wrong shape, and her eyes would probably be a dark brown....

To be honest I have never noticed the chin 'feature' in Polish women, certainly not in any of my ex's. Maybe I wasn't paying enough attention, lol:) Please don't consider it a 'defect', it's not unattractive.

But again, I really dont think that she's Polish. She's a little too pale in skin tone, and for me the whole face shape is too narrow. Ah, having said that she is a model which might explain things....

Don't you think this model looks Polish?

Not really. I'm not saying that she is not Polish. But for me she has more feautres of a French girl than Polish,

She has a slight dimpled, uneven chin that is common in Poles. You can still have that chin defect like me and be beautiful!

This is true! ( yes, I did look at your profile pictures :D )

But to explain: For me the combination of dark hair and light coloured eyes, the thicker eye brows ( and side-burns :O ) define French women - the type you would see in a L'oreal advert.

She doesn't really have the 'slavic' cheek bones that one associates with Polish women. She may be American, but for me probably French or maybe Swiss... or maybe Flemish.

But that's only my amatuer opinion...

History / The story about German- Polish reconciliation [194]

The conventional view of English origins is that the English are primarily descended from the Anglo-Saxons, Germanic tribes that migrated to Great Britain following the end of the Roman occupation of Britain, with assimilation of later migrants such as the Vikings and Normans.

Very useful information. However, modern English is very different from the 5th century English that you illustrate. It has evolved so much! Sorry, to point out the obvious but that is how you present your case.

Do not underestimate the impact of the other major influences on the English language such as Danish, French, Italian and Greek.

eupedia.com/europe/european_y-dna_haplogroups.shtml

DNA relates to the ethnicity of a race, not the language. But I support you in what you are saying:

you should know the origins of your language

UK, Ireland / Polish Family stabbed to death in St Helier. [40]

Broadmoor

- its not that bad... just ask Charlie Bronson:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Bronson_(prisoner)

At Broadmoor, Bronson attempted to strangle Gordon Robinson to death but was prevented from doing so when the silk tie he was using to garotte him snapped.[37] Following this failure Bronson again became depressed, but found his spirits lifted when Ronnie Kray arranged a visit from boxer Terry Downes.[38] In 1982, he performed his first rooftop protest after escaping to the top of Broadmoor and tearing off roof tiles.[39] Not long after the first incident, he again reached the roof of Broadmoor. He caused £250,000 worth of damage in a three day protest before he was talked down by his family.[40] Following further treatment he took up art, and eventually collected more prison awards than any other inmate for his poems, prose and cartoons.[41] He made a third rooftop protest, this time demanding a prison transfer, but was again talked down.[42] He then started an 18 day long hunger strike, and was eventually granted a transfer to Ashworth Hospital (then known as Park Lane Hospital) in June 1984.[43]

"I'd been certified mad because of my violence. I was still violent - and they were now certifying me sane. Where's the sanity in that? Isn't the system just as crazy?"

It is a mad, mad world in which we live in...

UK, Ireland / The REAL reason why so many Polish come to the UK! [19]

It's so obvious to me now.... It's the English girls! Surely the most beautiful and loving in all of Europe...
No wonder the UK has such high immigration! Why doesn't the (treacherous) British Government do something about this!
