News / Russia says: WE'LL NUKE POLAND [150]

Poland is Poland and Russia have interest to support Poland.

Independent Poland caring for their rational national interests - yes.
Puppet with foreign military bases on their territory and armed forces under control of foreign commanders - I doubt about it. It is direct threat on western boards and will be treated as such.

do they still eat Polish apples? They eat.

But only if they able to get it. That is pretty hard now. ;)

But there is a lot of apples in Belarus this year. Also, belarussian seas give a lot of fish to export... ;)

Language / Short Polish<->English translations [1033]

Can someone help to find a correct Polish name of a car with a one or two person lift for workers, that used often to work with electrical wires on poles? "Cherry picker" is pretty common name in UK, but unable to find correct Polish translation.

News / Polish journalist punched on Russian TV [32]

In some better world Poland would lead Russia.

Maybe, if in that better world Mnisheks and their supporters would be a bit smarter. In this world they was a bit too Catholic, so we have what we have.

if Maciejczuk was right saying that the Russian people live in ****. 79% of them said 'yes' and only 11% said 'no'.

Good place to ask... ;) With same success someone would poll flies sitting on a piece of ****.
If you ask regular visitors of that serpentarium to vote about nuking Russia - more than 50% will respond "yes, please"... ;)

History / Give back Lwow to Poland and Kaliningrad to Germany - is it possible? [198]

Just, let us talk about what`s really yours and what could belong to Poles.

... and to Hungarians, Russians, Romanians.

Map of Ukraine

If someone like to build mononational ukrainian state - feel free to do it, but on territory that come to Russian Empire in 1654 as Ukraine (see on the map)...

News / Polish diplomat Zbigniew Brzezinski has died [53]

As I can see from comments on various forums - reaction mostly ranges from neutral to something written by Hilaire Belloc:

Here richly, with ridiculous display,
The Politician's corpse was laid away.
While all of his acquaintance sneered and slanged
I wept: for I had longed to see him hanged.

And many, many people tell that Brzezinski is far not the last in the list of people responsible in burning Middle East and millions of civilian' deaths.

yet counted most in terms of spirit

Yes, you must have copper balls to sentence uncounted millions to die just because you are "playing geopolitical chess game".

I hope, Europe and US will pay for supporting that sort of "players". Already starting to pay, of course.

History / What should Russia and Poland do to become if not friends, then at least not enemies? [939]

Russia's military doctrine is to destroy neutral countries by nuclear attack.

You are either stupid, either paid troll.

Russian military doctrine includes use of nuclear weapons in response to nuclear attack or in response to a massive attack with conventional weapons, that endangers existence of state. Nothing more, but no less.

"Perimeter" system, known as "dead hand" on the West is one more thing that make someone ill by their existence. If someone will succeed to vaporize Kremlin and major command centers, missiles will be launched automagically.

So, neutral country that does not try to attack Russia is most likely not in danger. Country that present their territory for a third party weapons turned against Russia - deserves to have their military bases and strategic targets programmed to missile flight plans.

Purchase of "Patriots" by Poland is one of the most stupid things I can imagine (if I would be polish taxpayer). $5bn for not the best anti-missile system, plus yearly maintenance expenses - and there is no russian missiles potentially targeted against Poland that really can be shot down by this "Patriots". Quasi-ballistic missiles like "Iskander" is not the target for current "Patriots". But "Patriots" WILL be targets for "Iskanders", and in case of attack from NATO side, "Patriots" will be destroyed by a first strike, just before start of ICBMs for a response strike to a targets in NA.

In fact, purchase of "Patriots" is a sort of "danegeld", paid to US - because in fact this systems will protect US from older ICBMs that will never be targeted to Poland. And control a polish-owned "Patriots" from NATO is not the much worse than owning of the same "Patriots" by US itself, just $5bn will be taken from Poland to put them on their territory and become a first victims in case of a big war.

it would be investment in technology to eliminate the need for gas imports.

AFAIK, there is a de-facto ban for new nuclear power plants in EC? Poland have some plans to change this?

I ask it because there is little chance to buy a perpetuum mobile, and fracking tech used to release shale gas can end up with purchasing bottled drinking water from Russia for the same money that Poland previously spent for siberian natural gas.

You obviously don't understand what Patriot is or is capable of.

Somewhat understand. While I did not seen that ERINT missiles planned to be shipped under a current contract, it can be provided by NATO channels at any time, as well as interoperating THAAD launchers to complement the system (it was promised to complete integration of THAAD in 2 years). Located close to Belarussian border, it will become a threat to almost anything, launched from western part of Russia.

The patriot system couldnt even catch a salvo of homemade volcano missles launched by houthis at Saudi Arabia's capital

Russian military command will always count on worst case - that saudis got crippled version and system software will be corrected right before attack to Russia. ;) So, these systems will be in a short list of priority targets anyway. Especially if they will be later augmented by THAADs "to protect Poland from north-korean missiles". ;)

I hope you do not plan to visit EC countries soon? I fear to see the note about your arrest for something forged-on-the-go in the news.

Anglos cannot peacefully coexist - they must dominate. In the past anglos solved their major problems by war, not always direct. Now we have a major crisis, as their major competitors - Russia and China - taking enough strength to become nearly invincible, if they act together, and there is no military solution for a lot of problems that anglos need to solve. If attacked separately, both countries still vulnerable but the price agressor will pay will be really horrible. In 20-30 years China will become invincible by itself. Russia probably will reach it even faster, at least from purely defensive point of view - it is much cheaper. So, anglos have very narrow time frame, but anyway does not ready to pay the price of direct conflict, and still looking for stupids who will be ready to suicide attack to weaken opponents. Chechens was found as internal insurgents in Russia, but ended up pretty fast - one of clans take over and nearly stopped any hostile activity. Attempts to activate muslim guerilla in Tibet also was suppressed by China quite fast. So, panic and attempts to make as much harm as possible...

Aside emotional moments, but I see a lot of space for business in Polish-Russian relationship.

When I readed "The Mosque of Notre Dame" by Elena Chudinova for a first time, years ago, some ideas looked really crazy to me, including polish Pope in Kraków and described relations between Poles and Russian military, stationed on polish land to guard constantly attacked western border of Christian world, together with WP.

Now, it doesn't look so crazy....

Can't you just become Catholic? -.-

Looks like some Poles still canot understand that at present times there is much more important differences, rather than Catholic Christian vs non-Catholic Christian. First of them - Christian and moderate Muslim vs radical Muslim with their suicidal and homicidal ideology.

See, I think of myself as of idiot who wasting his time. Many here are too well programed.

May be, of course. While not as "rotten" as western europeans, Poles often tend to over-estimate their importance in the world, and lose something where would gain something. Losing possible friends first, then start to lose something material.

And these endless promises of the future slave-overseer's position in a brilliant new world, sounded in the ears of Polish politicians at every contact with the British. ;)

she obviously never had half her family wiped out due to war

It seems that someone on the other side of the Atlantic Puddle thinks that the next war will look just like the past - with factories overloaded with orders, and bankers counting profits and planning post-war crediting strategies to get the maximum profit out of former enemy. Stupids...

I starting to pray!

I fear that you choosed right time to pray.

Just looked at BBC - front news is from Syrian town of Duma where by report of local "white helmets" sarine was used by syrian government forces. Obviously, Russia was blamed immediately by US DoS.

At the same time, as it was reported in the news, few weeks ago, russian military contacted Pentagon, and warned, that "chemical" training of rebels with US instructors in a al-Tanf area was not passed unnoticed. Attempts to forge a "reason" for strike to Damascus or other Syrian targets will be responded by strike not only to attacking aircrafts and missiles, but to carriers and bases as well.

Either anglos is totally stupid, either they deliberately seeking for war NOW.

History / What should Russia and Poland do to become if not friends, then at least not enemies? [939]

because of the past but also because of Putin.

Putin is the best leader that Russians can afford now. He provides stability and slow but steady progress. It is quite liberal, compared to many western politicians - there is some media outlets like Echo of Moscow or Silver Rain that blame everything that they see around - but nobody tries to shut it up or cut their access to broadcasting resources (like RT in US or UK). Open extremism is prosecuted immediately, at the same time. Putin is really expensive guy, even US Federal Reserve cannot print enough dollars to buy them (anathema!). And, last but not least, any competitors on a last elections was dwarfs, compared to Putin, in almost all aspects.

Now about relation between Poland and Russia. Let's compare Finland and Poland - both was de-facto vassal states in Russian Empire, both secessed shortly after Nov'1917, when long run of German support for marxist radicals in Russia ended with a communistic revolt and put Russia into a hell of civil war, that was complemented by intervention of foreign military forces. Germany neutralised their current opponent - and created something else, much worse to them as history shown later. Jews, that was somewhat oppressed in russian empire come to full power - and shown the world how things can go wrong.

Finland had fo fight with USSR right before WW-II, and during WW-II Finland was on a wrong side (but was smart enough to stop once germans start to require too much from them).

Now Finland have MUCH, MUCH better relations with Russia, compared to Poland, and making money, profiting from trade. Why? It is pretty simple - finns left the past to history books and museums (yes, there is plenty, and I like to visit that small museums once I have free time while in Finland) and concentrated on current interests of Finland. They not destroying any monuments, not trying to make some stupid moves to show someone that Finland is the country that should be taken into account. They just act as a country that had to be taken into account, and act in interests of Finland, not NATO, US, UK. Even EC interests is somewhat on a second plan (as long as it is possible) once it come to business. Finland not trying to put as much as possible foreign military forces on their territory - and finnish border is one of calmest parts of russian border.

So, if Poland will start acting predominantly in Polish interests, not de-facto under NATO control, it would make a difference. Be pragmatic and stop shouting insults every 5 minutes, and russians will respond by the same (may be not immediately, as they become a bit deaf to anything that they hear from Polish side after a years of **** throwing to all available fans).

None of us will survive Washington's insanity.

That's why Putin showed few new weapons, that is not designed to win a war - but to assure that attacker will not survive this war in any case, guaranteed. It caused panic in a Washington, and we see a row of really stupid moves last months. They cannot decide - is "window of possibilities" to make first strike already closed or it is closing right now. Should they start WW3 now, or it is too late? And what to do with very expensive military projects, that become obsolete before they completed, with US$21+ trillion of debt on a background?

Russia will invade 5 minutes later

I see 3 sentences and 3 lies.
- Can you provide any credible reason for invasion? Natural resources - no. Routes to lay pipelines to major consumers of hydrocarbons - again no, already laid in Baltic. Agricultural land - there's plenty to put to good use in Russia itself. Sentiments - purely negative. What Poland have to approve possible losses during invasion? Other than moral obligation to put mentally ill neighbour to a good clinic, before it harmed itself and to other neithbours? ;)

- Can you provide at least 5 examples of agreements that Russia broke? There is hundreds of international agreements that Russia sign every year, and should be no problem to list 5 that was broken, if they really broke them all.

- People wish to live happily and to feel that their childs is safe. In Poland, in Russia, in US - everywhere. But US have a system of domination for a small group, not whole nation. And that group is openly say that Earth is overpopulated, and build shelters to survive possible global disaster and keep science knowledge and organisation. Are you sure that world war will not be started by this group to be further masters on the Earth that is liberated from burden of extra population, and huge debts, that masons make during last century?

Russia broke with the ultimate taboo in European foreign policy by redrawing the borders by force.

Why threat to albanians in Kosovo was good reason to break "ultimate taboo" to change borders by force, and threat to russian population in Crimea (that voted to be independent from nationalistic Ukraine at least twice - March 27, 1994 - ignored by Kiev, and Mar 16, 2014) is becoming not a good reason to change borders by referendum?

Is Russia bombed Kiev just like NATO bombed Belgrad to enforce this change of borders? Was there any casualties (other than burning asses of bandera-prayers) during this process?

because the predictable collapse of the system

What collapse do you mean? Russia now is much more stable even than 10 years before. Sanctions now cause inconvenience and decrease economic growth, but pose no threat to system. Political opposition - pure clowns.
