Why do the Israelis still build more settlements in the "Occupied Territories" if its not a land conflict and they want peace?

Not all countries in the Middle east are Arab countries and not all Muslims are Arabs, there are also Christian Arabs.

The "normal" Muslims, Christians and Jews can all get along. The problem is the "extremists" of the 3 religions. They promote hate, the actual religions promote peace.

Also, from the 19 pages of this thread, I see that the majority of Polish don't hate Jews!!

You should be discussing the fact that its best to learn the language for where you will be living. I digressed slightly with the comment about the Americans but I commented on the subject of the thread too.

I know some Americans speak foreign languages, I have been there. I just wish they would stop starting wars that the stupid UK politicians keep tagging along on. The whole world does not want to live like Americans or the West.

I did not directly attack or insult any person, my post was aimed at the American Government not the average man in the street.

When I said "Ex Pats" I was referring to the ones who keep their English Identity while living in a foreign country. I will take my gf's surname when we get married and fully assimilate into Polish society when I retire.

If you knew something about me you would not have made those comments. I liked Poland before I met my girlfriend, I met her through trying to learn Polish as I want to move there.

Maybe if Americans learnt new languages and looked into other cultures around the world we would have less wars. If you Americans cant be bothered to learn foreign languages then stay inside your own borders, disband your navy and leave the world in peace.

I am learning Polish as I want to live in Poland. I dont want to be an EX Pat, I want to try and get Polish Nationality. I'm ashamed to be English now, UK has gone down the drain in the last 15 years.

I was in a Polish village near Lodz with my girlfriend on All saints day. I went to the Mass with my gf and her mum, we stood by her Grandpa's grave. It looked very nice at night too.

The way Polish cemeteries are looked after makes me ashamed of the cemeteries in the UK. Most people do not put fresh flowers on the graves in the UK.

Next time I am in the UK I will visit my relatives graves and tidy them up and put fresh flowers down.

This is a very good tradition in my opinion.

Im 35 in February and my Polish gf is 22 in 3 weeks. She likes me because I act like I'm her age most of the time but I act my own age when I need to be sensible.

I met a polish girl on the internet too but it did not work out. She always went shopping when I arrived and always went straight to items she had seen before. When I stopped buying things she got a job. She would see me for 2 hours a day then work in the evenings.

I met a different girl who was working as a bar maid last september. I spend every weekend I can now in Lodz in her house, I am happy.

I put the first girl I met down to experience and moved on. I don't regret meeting the girl from the internet, take control of your life, don't just react to what life throws at you.

News / RHD cars in Poland - my campaign to change the rules in Poland [128]

I am English and I owned a RHD car while working in Germany for 9 years. On the Autobahn RHD is fine but when I drove in Poland on the A2 between the border and Nowy Tomasyl my RHD car was not good. You must overtake all the trucks that were on the motorway, you cant do this safely in a RHD car.

I now own a LHD car and I have no trouble driving it safely. I can swap from driving LHD or RHD and be safe at all times. Its very easy.

I understand why you need a RHD car and good luck with registering it. I just thought I would reply to those arguing that LHD is not as safe as a RHD.

Ive been to 35 countries in the world, most of Europe. The friendliest and most helpful people I have met are Polish. I fell in love with Poland and my Polish gf. The food, the people, the music, the countryside, the mountains, the forests, the weather.

I work in Germany but 3 weekends a month I drive a 1600km round trip to £ódź to stay with moja dziewczyna :)
