Back to the original question - the answer is simple: Poland is in Central Europe.

What puzzles me is that Polish food appears to be rather stodgy, yet you see very few obese people in Poland (compared to here in the UK and in N. America).

A bit like the French - all that cheese and butter, yet everyone seems so slim....

Nah, what I was getting at was "Spanish attitude". It's no different to some of the saddos on here who say that "all Polish girls are gorgeous". I never let my nationality (Scottish) define me, that's all....

Wrong - I checked on the Martin Lewis money-saving website.... 0844 200 9898 only costs £ 0.05 per minute.

There's a 12 month contract, isn't there? 12 x £3.99....

Also, I don't get this bit: Only 2.7p per minute for landline calls during the day

I make lots of calls to Poland during the day, and I only pay £0.05 per min by going through 0844 200 9898.

Sheesh, you really think that Poles are gullible. Sorry, but if you come on here looking for free advertising, expect to carry the consequences.

Where so you see that? I pay £0.05 per minute with my 0844 number - there is no 5p connection fee.

You have got you sums wrong (sorry) or have miss read the price £0.027 (it's just under 3p per minute)

Who's got their sums wrong?? 2.7p is just under 3p... and it is still a lot more expensive than .05p, isn't it?

So just how much will you make on each deal?
