As I would like to invest and become a landlord in the future in Poland, I would like to know, if there is a short answer to it of course. What would to energy cost be like for example a family living in a house near Olsztyn?

Also, if anyone knows if there is gonna be some major changes in the energyprices in the next 5 years perhaps?

I would like to become a landlord in Poland and I just wanted to check in to see if you guys would find what I offer attractive. Lets say I build smaller houses at 90m2 with built in solarpanels in the roof. Apart from you being able to fully support yourself electricity wise, you also get a rentprice of 3000 zl each month with no further landlord fees. I plan on building these houses just maybe 5 min outside of Olsztyn in Wójtowo.

Would you take the deal? I heard that intrestrates are through the roof in Poland and also the electricty prices are still high. Maybe a family who wants save up for their own house would rent from me? Do you think it is a good idea?

My plan is not to pressure the rent prices as much as possible but instead drawing people in who would like to rent. On top of that I am aiming at starting my own company within architecture to not just support myself through being a landlord.

Recently I have become interested in becoming a landlord in Poland as way of earning extra money. I´ve looked at apartments and I´ve looked in to building my own houses to rent out. Now Im back to the apartments as a way of renting out, I´ve found this site with what you need to know if you think of letting out apartments in Poland. /guide/poland-property-letting

My only question is, in my home country Sweden you automatically join an association if you buy an apartment and you often need their approval before you can rent out the apartment. My question is, does this also exist in Poland? Or could I just start renting out if I pay my taxes and follow the Polish Civil Code when I rent out?

Real Estate / How is it being a landlord in Poland? Do poles pay their rent etc.? [8]

I recently became interested in becoming a landlord but I was wondering if its a persistant occurance that poles dont pay their rent? Im interested in investing in perhaps 5 smaller apartments around 35 m2 in central Olsztyn and I wonder if that can help me get my rent in. I would assume that the cheaper the apartment is, the more likley that you would get people who pay it.

I know there are some landlords on this site or maybe you have some insiderinfo somehow in how it usually is in this matter?

I know that landlords has to offer a free adress now where the evicted person can be evicted to, which opens up for so much negative behaviour. Some people probably would use this to their advantage.

Maybe you can give advice on this too? Can the person who is being evicted stay at the agreed extra adress as long as they want without having to pay anything?

Or is it just for a period they can live there by law?
