What is hardest with being a landlord in Poland?

Hello, I would like to become a landlord and I was now wondering what is the hardest with the job?

I´ve heard that you have to have extra apartments to let people live in who have been evicted? Is this true and how does it work in detail?

I would also appreciate if someone has a link to this type of law so I can read more.

Also do people pay their rent, is it really that hard to kick someone out if you have an agreement they signed on in the beginning?

Thank you in advance!

Possibly watching out for professional squatters who know that in Poland they can get away with stealing your property, especially if they have big family with kids. The laws are terrible for landlords in this aspect.

"In Poland, street evictions are not carried out, but the evicted person will not always be provided with alternative accommodation. Depending on the circumstances of the case and life situation, the place of residence after eviction may be a social housing unit, an alternative housing unit, or a temporary room. In some situations, the eviction is carried out to a night shelter, a homeless shelter or another facility providing accommodation, indicated by the municipality."

So as I understand it, a private business may be required to provide (paid I'd assume) shelter for the evicted, BUT only under special circumstances in case there is no housing available in a public shelter or public housing. I don't think a private owner must have rooms available for the evicted without any legal notice.
