Smietanka 7 | 19 14 Nov 2023 #1Hello there,Recently I have become interested in becoming a landlord in Poland as way of earning extra money. I´ve looked at apartments and I´ve looked in to building my own houses to rent out. Now Im back to the apartments as a way of renting out, I´ve found this site with what you need to know if you think of letting out apartments in Poland. /guide/poland-property-lettingMy only question is, in my home country Sweden you automatically join an association if you buy an apartment and you often need their approval before you can rent out the apartment. My question is, does this also exist in Poland? Or could I just start renting out if I pay my taxes and follow the Polish Civil Code when I rent out?Much appreciated.
