Western front
Greater Poland Rising against Germans - 2300 dead
Silesian Risings against Germans - 1200 dead.

In the south - a few dozen lives lost in the war with Czechs.

Add 120.000 wounded to the above.

About 250.000 casualties altogether, not counting civilians.

That was the price paid for independence and integrity of the resurrected state.
