I actually saw a situation where the girl was so pissed she was only muttering 'no'. The guy was ignoring it but thankfully the host walked into the room, saw what was about to happen and threw the guy out.
And yes, a women sleeping with an underage student is a rape (of course I'm thinking Poland here). A 14 year old cannot give consent to that.

I try not to think it in accusation terms as we don't have the data, he might have been well acquainted with family , or he could lure her out of the garden etc. But it is a valid question in such a young victim.

I personally think that The Uprising leadership made a bad decision. They send kids to die knowing how it will most likely end.
Said that I do admire the dedication and bravery of the simple participants.

There isn't unless the lady is a bit weird and took it the wrong way.
More likely is that we have here different approach to people. What you described would be never described by being close by a Pole. Someone you like etc but never took it to the next step. People like that we don't bother with our grief.
