Trzaskowski - the opposition candidate - wanted something like LGBT charter in Warsaw (where he is a mayor now) but I don't know any details - he also said that he dreams of being to be the first to be able to marry a gay couple in Poland - he is one of the more liberally minded people in PO (he even described himself in that fashion in an TV interview) - now he claims otherwise sort of (he said he is against homosexual couples adopting children) - well he's a good actor and good liar so nothing surprises me here

theoretically religion classes are not mandatory in Poland but I heard that sometimes people get presurised to attend - as for LGBT in rural Poland where I live it is a non issue - however PiS and their presidential candidate are firmly against introducing children below certain age to things sex. I heard that some LGBT crowd want to teach 4 years old how to put condoms on bananas - which is hmm weird :P

former PiS politicians (very important) face charges in court - compare it with the case of Stanisław Gawłowski who faces corruption charges and still is an active politician of Platforma Obywatelska (Civic Platform) - look at how in an obvious case of corruption Beata Sawicka was aquitted by a court of appeal - and you will choose to turn a blind eye anyway


I just learnt it precisely today - and you will still refuse to see a bigger picture - your kind of people will lead to a civil war in this country I believe

by the by - if the judiciary is an authority unto itself then the judiciary is the only authority - the idea of checks and balances like in the US Constitution is not there in such case - this is shown in how the judiciary were so fiercely defending judges who broke the law in various ways
