lol known to the police..serious,I am well known to the police of my town and the towns where I had businesses,Why would that hinder.If you mean in bad way then one has to be convicted.

In poland travelling without a ticket in public transport even dont come on your record and might get you deported in the USA.

What relaxing laws?If a legit responsible and properly trained person wants a firearm in Poland he will/can get it.It is just like playing Golf in the USA a bit expensive.The lady who I work with here,her son is in security and I encouraged him to get a licenses and now working as an atrmed guard he makes over 7500 netto before he was stuck at 3000 pln.Total cost of license with club and training was like 6500 pln.

lol as my dream job in Poland is to be a tram driver for which training costs 4500pln but its in Polish or I would do the training for the fuc of it.

Not with the courses offered here :iglica.waw.pl/ and one cant get a spot easily.
I would take the test and bring one here,but since the flat is closed when I leave Poland I am afraid for it to be stolen and in wrong hands even though I have live cameras recording,but what good are those after the crime is committed.

He is right,there was a time cpl years back I could just walk in my gun range and stay as long as I want in Poland but now I have to make an appointment and usually all lanes are full and have to get out when my hour is done.The crowd I see is of all ages including seniors over 70s.

I am sure they will but with a price tag.Even an 85yr old can buy insurance for a million bucks but the premium might be 250k a month.I am sure medical is required by them by there doctors before issuing the policy though so one cant cheat.

Lawyers know chit,its the Notariusz.Just make sure you have your own Notariusz and not the one by the developer ...cuz just in case.Lawyers will just bleed zlots which you could save for dinners.Notariuz is the one who has to register your property in the gmina land register so he will not close if he/she cant.They will also check if there is a loan on the property.

lol just like your own lawyer and the developers lawyer have 2 diff opinions,dont waste money on em pigs in Poland.Go for the real deal:NOTARIUZ

Also an advice for Polish lawyers,before the meeting always ask them that you are meeting him for consultation or presentation.I dont meet a lawyer for consultation just for there presentation what they can do if I hire them.For consulations they ask you hundreds.presentations has to be free.

I have seen Polish cops walking the shoplifters to there vans normally like buddies,never have I seen Polish cops put handcuffs when they arrest someone in my 21 years of coming here.I have seen the cuffs on there belts and plenty of arrests publicly for public intoxication and shop lifting and fighting.

Yes there is MET life that provides that but they dont have life paid up policy product in Poland,its only pay as you go.You stop paying and you are done with,so not a good idea to buy in Poland.

You dont need a lawyer in any property purchase until its a complex commercial deal,The real person is notariuz, he/she will do all the work.Foreigners pay the lawyers unnecessarily,total waste of money.It is notariuz responsibility if he closes a wrong deal and lawyer remains clear.

That 5000Pln has to be adjusted in the purchase price after the permission is acquired or you will loose it and to be kept in escrow of a Notariuz with a written agreement signed and notarised.I doubt that a foreigner needs a permit to buy a Flat though,your Notariuz can check it for you in hours.

Go to Browar,take a walk/jog/run by Viswa,I do it in summer and then have beer there with Pizza:)or even bike its a good stretch of 2/3 kms and now city rental bikes are also there.The more tired you get more better you will feel.
