The Nazi movement was a communist movement in the beginning. It was only after the dispute about Poland did Hitler change his stance. He still a socialist. President Roosevelt even politely visited Stalin even after it was known the Ukrainian genocide. He knew what was in store for Poland, and it did not include Poland to become its own state.
