I remember talking to an Iraqi guy in Poland he said he thought Poland was like Scotland(thinking its a seperate country),Netherland,Ireland,Finland,Iceland etc.They have relatives and friends there so they think there is lot of work in those countries in the EU with the "LAND" name,So somehow just show up ask for refugee status you will get a flat,food stamps and 1000 Euros and can work under the table and "LIFE IS GOOD".but they are surprised to be in Poland what awaits them.

@OP,For next time never put the electric on tenants name in your residential property, like in your case, you could cut of the electric and see how long can a tenant last without electric and will be out in a month if not weeks.now the choice is to use muscle but don't dirty your hands doing it yourself.I'm surprised how many foreigners buy Proprties in Poland without doing there proper home work, same with some hiring attorneys to buy one. I was just on the border of Belarus & Poland on polish side by the river and boy there are 100s of tents of refugees on Belarus side wanting to come to Poland. I was clicking pictures when suddenly 3 border guards came on a quad. One of them came to us and asked if we were journalists, and when we said no he very politely using the word "Please" don't take pictures and if I could delete the ones I took. The guard was so polite and respectful that I felt guilty and deleted 5/6 pics I had taken.

We started talking to him and he said those tents and food are given to the camped refugees by the Polish border guards. Most refugees are from Iraq and Afghanistan they are given visas and as they land on Minsk airport they are transported to the Belarusian side of the polish/ Belarusian border in awaiting army trucks and dumped there with no food, water or tents, which the polish guards provide them, the Belarusian military is standing behind the refugees and will not let them back in mainland Belarus.I asked the guard how they send food/tents/ water etc to them? He said they do that in night by boats and throw stuff to the refugees. Out of curiosity I wanted to see myself but didn't want to wait 4/5 hours. Guess Lukeshanka wants money and embargo lifted like Erdogan in Turkey made a deal with the EU about refugees.I checked the arrivals on Minsk airport and almost over 10 flights coming everyday from Turkey and Iraq.

I never believed in diet as a weight loss solution,for me work out is a permanent solution.diet gets quick results but always brings back the fat and you suffer too much changing diets.It is very hard to change eating habits.I eat junk food but make sure I burn 500 and more calories just in cardio everyday,and over 500 between swimming,weights and machines lol and not to mention socializing for 3/5 hours every morning in the club.LOL and 4/5 shots of vodka every evening.

I never do that,I always put it in Notariuz esccrow account,(No need to hire a lawyer)after the deal is signed Notariuz holds the papers and we transfer money usually by phone as the buyer & seller agrees to open accounts in one bank so the transfer of funds are automatic in a minute.There were times in early 2000s when cash was king and counted in notariuz office while she left us alone to do the transaction in the room.


Most likely the bank is involved for loans,money coming from abroad,a pending sale of another property by the buyer.I sold my flat on 10th Aug in 3 working days to a buyer with cash and am going back to purchase a property I found and will close on it next week,all just in 18 days after we signed the contract.

I have to say that some sellers are not brilliant as they didnt want to sell me for 3 months as they would have to pay almost 24k in penalties to the bank,so I offered to pay that penalty calculating that I will collect more in rent and no chance of seller changing mind and saving me further hassle of looking for a new one.lol and the 24k will not be out of my pocket but will come out of the tenants security deposit.

Copay= you pay 20/30 $ when you visit a doctor whose fee might be 100 $ or more rest will be covered by the insurance(I think its to discourage you from going to a doctor) same for prescription drugs,you pay 20/30$ depending on your plan you pay.

Deductable= Insurance companies usually set a 1000 or 2000$ a year depending on the plan maybe even 5000 $ or more for a cheaper plan and the insurance company will pay any expense over that.

Just not manslaughter but, speeding, careless driving leading to homicide, driving without license, negligent use of a deadly weapon (car),endangering public lives, safety negligence and plenty more and I'm not even a lawyer. I figured so or more,I cant believe that the cops in Poland cant figure out the speed with the skid marks and distance it stopped.Most cars of that sort have EDR(event data recorder) oe Black box and why the cops cant check that for exact speed(It is 97% accurate}.


I wonder what right the cops had to search his house.I am sure he can beat the drug charges since they were not found on him.

No JR,its not like in the States that you have an accident or got a ticket and in a weeks time you are getting letters from 20 lawyers who want to fight the case on contingency with 60/40 split.Lawsuits here yield very little money unlike that Mickeydee one when that lady sued that Mcdonalds didnt have a sign on the cup of hot coffee that the cup would be hot and get millions of $$.Most of the lawsuits are settled in States by the insurance companies out of court settlement whereas in Poland companies will not dish a dime before squealing.Imagine if you get your car stolen and dont have 2 original keys of the car they will not process your claim as they say that you might have got the car stolen yourself.Lawyers cannot legally fight on contingency basis here.

Nope no one,there were maybe 4/6 people there as it happened slowly the party goers started gathering and when the cops came they cordoned the area with cones and pushed back everyone.

The dispatcher said they are on there way and have the info.
I have never seen a dead body in my life and was shocked,first I thought someone has spiked my beer(as they do sometimes here) and I am hallucinating.I went back and when in cpl minutes I was sure its real the cops had arrived,was horrific and I can watch some beheading videos etc.

I came home and was like staring the wall for a long time thinking about this guy and his blinking eyes,I think even he didnt realize what has happened to him.

The guy looked like he was in his 30s,and there was a girl with him.The blue car in the left lane stopped to let him cross but this guy came flying from no where in the right lane and it was victims fault.The paramedics used 2 gurneys,1 for him and another one for his severed leg wrapped in a silver foil.

I doubt the guy will get a long jail term as it was the victims fault but he might be charged with speeding or negligent/reckless driving.

I have seen tons of beheading videos but this was the first,hopefully never again,suddenly some guys started snapping pics,a pathetic scene to snap a dying mans pics.

I have seen how recklessly these guys drive 170/200 KMPH in there fancy cars on a 2 lane highway where a guy is driving 70 Kmph in his Toyota Prius.
