Ukrainian refugees staying in Poland are very nervous. Normal in such a situation.

At Christmas time we went to do shopping. In the parking lot I took a photo of a car with Polish plates but sporting a Ukrainian flag on the dashboard. We were going to leave the place when suddenly an Ukrainian woman ran to us and asked in an agitated tone why I had taken the photo of her car. I said I liked it very much, cos I fully support the Ukrainian cause and love all Ukrainians so the car seemed fascinating to me. She swallowed that explanation and left but I saw she wasn`t convinced coz she was making strange faces.

I thought hard about that case and found 3 reasons why she could be so upset.
