Since the first match of this Euro, Italy impressed me how they were very well prepared in all aspects of the game: technically, tactically, physically as well as psychologically.

The existence of intent to kill and the absence of intent to kill exclude both, and this judgment merged that. On top of all that, it does not reveal to us the motive for which the police officer wanted to kill this criminal, and the motive is the basis for categorizing the murder as a 2nd degree.
