History / Whom do the people in Poland hate more: Germans or Russians? [869]

Not a naive question at all the way I asked it. It's powerful bcoz they are successful and influential. Jewish banking has helped the American economy. Southern, u r missing the point, I am not saying that the American economy is founded on Jewish investment and contributions, merely that they have propped up the economy in certain areas. There's a difference. They are good business people, don't deny them that

They have advanced business know-how, capital generation skills that many Poles don't have. They make better use of contacts and work better in groups, agreed? The Polish economy could benefit from that expertise. Poles are relatively new to capitalism.

Not fully accepting and being anti-semitic are two different things my Greek amigo. Trust me, many Poles are still wary of the wily żyd ripping them off. This is not being anti-semitic, this is watching out for possible cheating.

The Jews can work wonders for the Polish economy. They really are shrewd and have sound business acumen. Look at the positions they have gotten into in America. The Poles have yet to fully accept Jews due to past shady dealings but the position is looking rosier.

There do need to be Polish patriots to stand up for the country but it needs to be tainted with realism. The old generation will keep up the fight but let's learn from the likes of Kwaśniewski who got right royally wan*ered drinking Nemiroff and the like in Ukraine. He was feeling the good vibes then.

Forgiveness is divine!! Can't hold nations to account for the actions of lunatics of a bygone era. The young generation can move on and accept that building on present, positive international relations is the way forward. Celinski, u have every right to feel aggrieved but it will only give u cancer if u bear grudges.

I recommend Desiderata 2 u Celinski. God give me the courage to accept the things I cannot change. I won't give u the rest but it is prophetic. Russia and Germany don't rub history in the faces of Poles. Hitler and Stalin were mad and terrorised their own people, fact!! U need to meet decent, apologetic folk who want to wipe the slate clean

Noimmigration is right to a point, Poland was given money out of the coffers of the EU, rather generously I may add, and it was meant specifically for road improvement. It was spent (sqandered?) on sth else. This was in 2005 or 2006. Any Pole will tell u that roads are in dire need of repair. This is unacceptable

History / POLAND: EASTERN or CENTRAL European country? [1080]

But look at the Post-Soviet section of Wikipedia and u will see that Poland is one of four countries that is exempt from Eastern European classification on grounds of economic, cultural, religious and historical reasons

History / POLAND: EASTERN or CENTRAL European country? [1080]

nationalgeographic.com/traveler/extras/toolbox/tripmarks_westeurope.html Lux and Mon in Western Europe from a reputable source. No mention of Poland.

atlapedia.com/online/maps/political/France_etc.htm Luxembourg mentioned again

wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/regionWesternEurope.aspxsame as the 1st situation

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Europe not as clear but clear enough

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luxembourg a bit better

formin.finland.fi/public/default.aspx?nodeid=15914&contentlan=2&culture=en-US that should just about do it, no, wait

UNESCO, good old UNESCO, couldn't have forgotten about them

careersinaudit.com (Luxembourg) from a CIA website, no, not the Central Intelligence Agency, but the Careers In Audit one so it's credible, u have my word Osioł.

I'll give u a week to look for the pages needed for a retort. Come on Osioł, If it's in u.

Of course Luxembourg and Monaco are in Western Europe, I was being fickle and facetious noimmigration. They are the exemplars of western civilisation. The UN is also a definitive source so Poland is Eastern Europe, I agree with that classification, excluding the geographical dimension.

So, anyone read the Bluzgator? Non-stop swearing and highly vulgar. Designed to be comical but it packs a punch
