@Tacitus

So what's the story with German Federal Constitutional Court and the primacy of European law over the German one? Please, do tell.

you are lying like a rabid ritard (...) harmful azholes (...) You are one of them.

Since you are not interested in a civil discussion but insist on ad personam insults, I shall not discuss with you.

Something wrong happened to you, Pawian, and you became an "all-knowing", condescending twat. Until you change your boorish manners, don't expect cultured people to talk to you. :)

to talk to you. :)

Very well. It is even better coz I will save time on direct replies to you, I will only comment on your bs propaganda. That is enough for me coz I will still reveal your ritardism which is so harmful to Poland`s interest.

German Federal Constitutional Court and the primacy of European law over the German one?

Darling, the main problem is that the German FCC is an independent body while Polish FCC is PiS controlled and its head, Mrs Przyłębska, is Kaczyński`s lap dog when they meet at private dinners to which he admitted once.

Besides, why are you manipulating facts? Germans have already withdrawn from that ruling and clearly declared the committment to EU law:

The Commission considers that the infringement procedure should be closed as Germany provided very strong commitments in its reply to the letter of formal notice.

"In particular, Germany has formally declared that it reaffirms and recognizes the principles of autonomy, primacy, effectiveness and uniform application of Union law and the values set out in Article 2 TEU, including in particular the rule of law", the Commission justified.

Additionally, "Germany expressly recognizes the authority of the Court of Justice of the European Union, whose decisions are final and binding." Germany also believes that "the legality of acts of EU institutions cannot be examined in constitutional complaints before German courts, but can only be reviewed by the Court of Justice."

The rule of law = the rule of lawyers = the rule of the corporations who pay the lawyers = the rule of the people who own the corporations, who are unelected and unaccountable, you want these people to make the laws in Poland rather than PiS?
pawian 224 | 24,479

The rule of law = the rule of lawyers = the rule of the corporations

Similarly to your stupid equation I could write:
Adam in Eden = azhole = Adam 123

But I won`t coz I am intelligent. Ha!

rather than PiS

About 70% Poles don`t support PiS.

This is not an issue the EU vs Poland or Germany vs Poland but the Polish government vs the Polish people.

lol! You may say it but that is not true. There some scum and sell outs like pawian. Post commmie minority.

There some scum and sell outs

... yes, it's amazing that there are people willing to publicly calumniate their own country abroad and act against it on the international level, just so that they can get back to power. They don't mind Poland as a whole - ordinary people - suffering because of their actions, as long as they can hurt their local political opponents. That's simply unimaginable level of skurwienie.
pawian 224 | 24,479
3 Dec 2022 #247
act against it on the international level,

Darlings, Kania and Iron, read and learn: protesting against PiS government`s moronic actions like their latest refusal to accept Patriots from Germany isn`t acting against Poland. Quite the opposite - it is an act of ultimate patriotism. But being ritard svoloche, you can`t understand it. Ha!

That's simply unimaginable level of skurwienie.

Yes, you show it by your amaSSing support for RuSSist Mongols. Tfu!
GefreiterKania 35 | 1,396
3 Dec 2022 #248
@pawian

Show me one, just one, post in which I "support RuSSist Mongols" or shut the f*ck up, retard.
pawian 224 | 24,479
3 Dec 2022 #249
I "support RuSSist Mongols"

Really??? You forgot, darling?? And who said?:
That's dehumanising. Exactly what the nazis did, calling Jews the disease spreading lice or calling Poles pigs. You might as well add "untermenschen" to your list of slurs.
GefreiterKania 35 | 1,396
3 Dec 2022 #250
So? Where do you see any "support for RuSSist Mongols" here, you idiot?
pawian 224 | 24,479
3 Dec 2022 #251
Darling, it is enough you defend RuSSist Mongols. That IS support. Come to your senses. :):):)
GefreiterrKania
3 Dec 2022 #252
you defend RuSSist Mongols. That IS support.

You're not making any sense, pawian. I never "defended" nor "supported" them. Cut down on your village moonshine - it's bad for you.

Unless you admit that you defend and support banderist mass murderers when you tell me not to call them "Banderophitecs".

PiS ritards are still refusing to accept Patriot systems from Germany. AmaSSingly stuBBorn guys, I must say.

ritards

pawian 224 | 24,479

Me obsessed???? And who refuses to obtain Patriots from Germany? Me or those PiS ritards?

Something is happening....

Poland wants to accept German anti-aircraft offer after all

spiegel.de/ausland/ukraine-news-am-dienstag-besatzer-in-cherson-fordern-zum-geldumtausch-in-rubel-auf-a-c7e9c964-86ab-42fa-bfbc-a9d1cf2bba91

After some back and forth, the Polish defense minister wants to have the Patriot anti-aircraft systems stationed in the country......
pawian 224 | 24,479

Poland wants to accept German anti-aircraft offer after all

Exactly. Those ritard azholes have finally become aware of the Polish public opinion on those German Patriots, also through this forum. Ha! Our anti-ritard campaign is effective. We mustn`t stop.

Milo, did you hear?? PiS idiots have decided to use their last remnants of reason at last and are accepting the German gift.
Miloslaw 19 | 4,981

After some back and forth, the Polish defense minister wants to have the Patriot anti-aircraft systems stationed in the country..

And why shouln't they?

Poland has suffered historically from Germanic people in Germany Prussia and Austria.
But they suffered even more under Russian barbarians.
I think Poles have made their peace with Germans.
That was in the past, Germans have changed.
Russians have not.
They are still the same barbarians they were 100 years ago.
In 2022, Germans are our friends and Russians are still the enemy.
pawian 224 | 24,479
6 Dec 2022 #259
And why shouln't they?

Coz PiS ritards are obsessed with anti German phobias. just like nazionalistische polacken.
Tacitus 2 | 1,403
6 Dec 2022 #260
Still a bit disappointing. This could have been a nice sign of reconciliation in the face of a common enemy. But of course PiS had to stick to Berlin one more time before accepting.
pawian 224 | 24,479
7 Dec 2022 #261
a nice sign of reconciliation

Not with this rabid government. They are crazies.
jon357 74 | 22,060
7 Dec 2022 #262
And why shouln't they?

Indeed. They are key to Poland's defence at the moment.

It would be better to source military systems only from further west. I'd even avoid French-made systems for to the issue of kill switches.
pawian 224 | 24,479
10 Dec 2022 #263
And who refuses to obtain Patriots from Germany? Me or those PiS ritards?

PiS, after making fools of themselves again, are sending their President Duda to Berlin to negotiate the Patriot transfer.
At last. Why are Polish ritards such mental losers so troubled with their infantile phobias?
Cojestdocholery 2 | 1,191
11 Dec 2022 #264
But of course PiS

Stop paying a victim. It is boring and nobody buy it. You have only that loon and scum pawian and few like him.
It is not PiS it is German master plan and their stance with Russia and their war against Poland in the EU.
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,862
11 Dec 2022 #265
I very much doubt anyone in the german gov has a "masterplan"....it's quite the chaos here....

they had one until Putin ****** it up - if you deny it you are a denier :P
Cojestdocholery 2 | 1,191
11 Dec 2022 #267

Well they do. Buliding the EU as a German empire. Kicking Poland and undermining it to do it. As there are is a war on our border. Cheer up if Germans always have some plan even if is stupid and ends badly.
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,862
11 Dec 2022 #268
....I wouldn't call it a "masterplan" if it's stupid and ends badly though....

You love your "Germans with a masterplan", don't you? :)
pawian 224 | 24,479
11 Dec 2022 #269
Kicking Poland and undermining it.

E.g, by sending Patriot systems to Poland. :):):)

.I wouldn't call it a "masterplan" if it's stupid and ends badly though....

In German subjective view of things. :)
