Every person should be treated equally, doesn't mean we are equal even one bit. What your writing about is the formal theory of it. In reality every person that votes has a more valueable vote then those who don't simply becaouse their interests will be prioritized to voe by the political parties. Then you have the organized votes (members of political parties.)
Why do you think political factions make deals between each other? Cause they have an organised voter base.
How often does PO go to Mr. Kowalczyk and ask what he needs?
