That's why, as a leader of V4 (Visegrad), we aim at creating Intermarium (Międzymorze)

But according to you it suppose to exclude Ukraine? I agree there is cultural difference between Poland and Ukraine, but still rater slight to moderate one rather than a vast one. At least it follows from a general stereotypes about both countries. It looks like Ukraine converts to an isolated country as relations with Russia worsened and EU doesn't want to accept it either. Demographic situation in Poland isn't rosy either with 1.3 children per family on average. What are the signs of Byzantizm in Ukrainian politics? Isn't Ukraine a democracy?

You know. I like the eagle of Poland. First, white is white.

I don't understand a reason for the crown. It is a common symbol for a monarchies, but Poland is a democracy...

I would (...)

Sounds good. I like the Serbian crown - it's closed, symbolises independence; our common eagle should have a closed crown.

But according to you it suppose to exclude Ukraine?

I was taking a pi*s, dude. Relax.

Tradition. Also, Poland is a monarchy - Our Lord Jesus Christ is the king of Poland. Crow - that's why your crown is better: it's closed AND it has a cross on top of it.

Do you think Jesus Christ would approve that? He said: "my kingdom isn't of this world". A crown of thorns would be more appropriate...

He said: "my kingdom isn't of this world".

He meant his heavenly kingdom but as far as this vale of tears is concerned, Poland is as close to Christ's Kingdom as it gets.

???

It's an English idiom which means "I wasn't being serious". It's a c*nt of a language, I know; I don't like it either.

Our Lord Jesus Christ is the king of Poland

In March 2008 the Polish episcopate claimed that proclaiming Christ the King of Poland was "inappropriate and unnecessary". In 2012 they still believed that "one need not proclaim Christ King, lead him to the throne". However, they changed their minds in 2016.

I don't remember, however, if proclaiming Jesus the King of Poland was done by voting in the Sejm or in any other way.

There was an official church ceremony in Łagiewniki with the highest state authorities present.

But the Constitution says we are a parliamentary republic and not a parliamentary manarchy ...

But the Constitution

Jesus Christ is more important than the constitution.

Why did early Slavs build their huts partly sunk into the ground?

Because with this type of construction, you don't need two side walls?

Also, but there was a much more practical reason.

much more practical reason.

They didn't have refrigerators, and it was cold in the mud huts they built like that?

it was cold in the mud huts

Yes, in summer. But one summer doesn`t make a swallow yet. What is the other part of the explanation?

To protect them from wind?
pawian 223 | 24,390

Sorry, no. A hut built on the ground also protects from the wind so Slavs wouldn`t have had to dig into the ground because of winds.

Alien mentioned summers. I suggested there is still another side of the problem. What exactly??
Summer.... summer..... summer ..... summer..... and what else????

and what else

Cooler in summer, warmer in winter?

warmer in winter?

Yes, exactly - they kept warmth better when dug into the ground. I used a similar method by keeping veg in the ground covered with agrofabric for wintertime
