Utter bollox! It depends on how you pour it.

Perhaps, he should go to Ireland and watch a pint of Guinness being poured..lol

.My favourites are Stella Artois from Belgium

Dang! This is my favorite as well. I always knew you had class!

Ive had Lech before , its ok, kinda heavy.

Europe and you will find that most come from the UK and Germany.

Yeah,Spot on! I have watched those guys pour Guinness or other stouts very slowly to minimise the head and then pour even more slowly and skim off any excess froth....

Guinness and other stouts need a head as that is the creaminess that offsets the bitter beer. Not too much and not too little.
Hey, Pawian, watch and learn!

Why do you keep calling me that when you know full well that both my parents were Polish?

Do you have something in your ethnic background to hide?

Exactly, pro choice Polish.

Hey, people, watch this wonderful foam again!!! This time accompanying my another comfort dish - fried potatoes with sausage, mushrooms, onion, chive and scrambled eggs.

Yes, I know it resembles an omelette, when you look at the second pic, the stuff can be lifted with a wooden spoon. But it is a wrong impression - it is scrambled eggs!!!!

That is because it is an omelette.

it is scrambled eggs!!!!

Scrambled eggs don't look like an omelette.

Scrambled eggs don't look like an omelette.

Looks are misleading!!! What you intend to cook is what matters!!! I can`t be held responsible when I plan scrambled eggs but get an omelette instead!!!

Looks are misleading!!!

Seeing is believing!!!

I can`t be held responsible when I plan scrambled eggs but get an omelette instead!!!

Of course you can!!! Don't add fillings and just use eggs. Simple!!!!

Seeing is believing!!!

No!!! The true nature of the dish is in the taste buds of the eater!!! When I say that my dish tastes like scrambled eggs, it is scrambled eggs and not an omelette!!!!

When I say that my dish tastes like scrambled eggs,

It also tastes of fried potatoes, sausage, onion, mushrooms etc which you used in making your omelette. :):)

I think you have defective taste buds :)

etc

Please, don`t call chive etc. It doesn`t deserve to.

you have defective taste buds

Yes, I noticed it a long time ago. That Tarzan-Cheetah ancestry made me so defective. hahahaha

Thanks for your answers, you were all right. Meat pierogis/dumplings in broth. Adopted from Ukrainian/Russian cuisine. Russian pelmeni, Ukrainian vareniki,

Yes, smoked but without oil. Those fish spines are in good shape while oil damages them to a great extent.

I love nibbling at small fish - I find it sort of exciting.
Upper row - whole fish.
Lower row - first, headless and gutless fish. Next, skinless. A lot of work but I like it. It occupies my fingers and mind and allows me to relieve stresses of everyday life.
