I want to sale my business or i need partner near Warsaw

Dear all,
Due to lack of my active partner i want to sale my currently running business which is Thai Restaurant. I am passive partner and i have no knowledge of restaurant. I have other business to look after and my current partner is going back to his home country. Running restaurant sales price is only PLN 60k and I spend about 180K on it. I would approach the cooks in Thai restaurants as most dream of starting there own restaurant.If the proper person you find dont have money then consider financing then at a lucrative rate like 6 or 7%.If you spent 180k and want 60k means you are choking so take 60 k down and finance whatever you can get out of the buyer.

I am in Poland from 2007, So i have PR long time ago. I need a partner who can run business without me. Having staff is not enough. I have zero knowledge of thai restaurant that is why i need to sale it or i need partner whom i can trust.
