Looking for list of Private and Public Hospitals in Poland.

Hello everyone,
I am from India and planning to start Medical Device company in Poland and looking for the list of Doctors and Hospitals in Poland region wise.(Private and Public both).

It will be great ,if some one can provide me the data or link to same.

It's all on Google. Only private hospitals/doctors might be interested. The public ones have their own suppliers.
