Labour Market Test/Rynek Pracy validity for the work permit process in Poland

Hi Members,

I have a query on how long is the result/permission from Labour Market Test is valid for the work permit process.

The permit process was kept on hold due to some unforeseen circumstances after obtaining permission from Labour office in August/September, and the employer wants to file for work permit now.

Does the employer need to go through the Labour Market test again or the permission is still valid?

Thanks in advance.

There must be some expiration limit, could be 3-6 months but not sure about the exact time.
