Hello,

I couldn't find answer everywhere in this specific situation which is explained below.

I am working in IT sector in a NON-EU country, I have some offers from Poland but they are not profitable if I work as employee. So I find a solution to begin but It gets completed later. I will apply a Master Degree, so that I will have my working permit and right to be sole trader. But after 2 years or MSc. Ends, what will happen to my company and working permit? Can I keep my business? It is written that I must be employee in a Polish company after graduation to keep my working permit.

Thank you.

there is legal possibility to extend one's residence permit in Poland to continue running a business (including a sole trader business) but I don't know any details (like legal conditions you have to meet)
