Advice on finding an Engineering job in Warsaw, Poland

I am from south korea. I want to find a job in warsaw poland. because my girl friend is a polish lives in warsaw. but it is not so easy to find proper job to me.

I work as a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation engineer in seoul korea for 4 years . Headquarter of my company is NY , US. and London, UK. that develope and service CFD software for clients.

I have experienced automotive, electric home appliances and heavy industries.
Which website is good for searching engineering jobs? and how about the salary of that kind of jobs?
I hold master degree in mechanical engineering, and course work finished in doctor degree course at Graduate school in south korea.
I hope to hear your advices and recommendations.

what is that? Do you have PhD? I think in western Europe it will be much easier for you to find a job. Here in other than IT industry knowledge of Polish is necessary. Moreover you probably need work permit, so it's another obstacle. Nevertheless you can try. Maybe there is some international company for which your experience would compensate lack of Polish language knowledge. I guess you can get an average salary.
